They make horrible coffee in spite of explaining that I want very less ice in the coffee with the help of google translate. These people fill up 80% of the glass with ice. This is cheating. Nothing more than that.

We ordered four burgers, but NONE of us could eat them because of the moldy taste 🤢 We informed them about the issue, but they didn’t even offer to replace the burgers or change it with something else. Instead, they simply stick us the bill, it was enough to make me sick after just two bites tho. So “good” professionalism and quality, indeed lol 😅

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, so vietnam airlines gave us 4 complimentary lunch coupons for lucky cafe. The food here was too good especially pho.

I ordered a coffee, wanted to sit with the menu and decide on food. The server came up to me 2 minutes later and wanted me to pay for the coffee before ordering anything else. Felt weird. I would avoid.

Surprised because a restaurant does very well, looks hygienic, clean, tidy, spacious, airy, and the food is delicious. This Lucky restaurant is number one among the Lucky restaurants at the airport that I know. The staff wear ao dai, very beautiful and elegant. Da Nang is truly different.

I hope the restaurant will close the smoking room. My family sat upstairs near the reception desk, but we were all covered in cigarette smell from hair to clothes. I asked the staff if they could close the smoking room because we had two young children, and the staff said they could close it, but people kept coming in and out so it was opened. And the door remained open, while the manager scolded the cashier in front of customers, which was very unsightly. I hope the restaurant will fix this because the smoking area should be closed and separated from customers in the non-smoking area.

Surprised by this airport restaurant. The food is good (we had Mì Quảng), the setting is pleasant, clean, and the price is not excessive (150,000 VND per bowl) and the staff is nice. The mango juice is excellent.

I just finished a bowl of pho with two types of meat, and while I was sitting there picking my teeth, the staff came and cleared my bowl away. The place wasn't crowded; other customers who finished eating still had their bowls left and were still sitting there. Only I was treated "specially." I felt that was a way to drive me away early.

I happened to try Lucky restaurant at Da Nang airport and was truly impressed. The food here is quite delicious and suits my taste, especially the beef noodle soup (bun bo) which is really rich and flavorful. The service is fast and enthusiastic even though there were quite a lot of customers. The space is airy and clean, allowing you to sit and relax before your flight. However, the price is a bit high compared to regular eateries outside, but given the quality and convenience, this is a decent choice.

Most people review airport food as bad and expensive, but here everything for me is just enough and reasonable. If you have a long wait time for your flight, you can wait here and have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Highly recommended.

Mì Quảng is okay, the space is airy and spacious. The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive.

Lucky coffee inside the waiting room near gate 4 needs to focus on cleaning the shop. Few customers but lots of trash, cups not cleared. Pho does not have cornflower like some Hanoi and Phu Quoc airports.
