Great place for children and parents But, pebbles in baby area not good idea (choking hazard)
The dirtiest playground I've ever been to, terrifying
Playing is fine, my child quite likes it. But the drinks are not tasty.
The service staff is not attentive. Customers sat for a long time without a glass of tea. When a customer asked for a glass of iced tea, the staff handed them a glass and said the iced tea is over there for self-service.
Will not return. A 17-month-old baby was also charged in a group of 5 children.
I feel this is an ideal and wonderful playground for children. The air is cool. However, I find the drinks are not very diverse. The Vietnamese yogurt is very delicious, everyone. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly with the kids❤️❤️❤️
The restaurant is spacious and airy, the drinks are expensive but not tasty, the ticket price is 59k, waiting is long, a bit pricey compared to the amusement area inside.

We really like this children's play center. Firstly, it is close to our house, which may not be advantageous for others. Regarding the benefits: In the café area - the drinks here are delicious. However, a larger selection would be nice; at the moment, there are only a few types of coffee and very few bubble tea options on the menu. The café also offers snacks, chips, etc., but a more diverse range would also be welcome. I don't understand why "larger snacks" like sandwiches or some Vietnamese options aren't offered in cafés in Vietnam. Potato chips are fine, but not sufficient. There is only outdoor seating available, but large roll-down awnings are sufficient during heavy rain. Overall, the café area is definitely in a good place (8/10 points). Playground - The indoor play area is quite large, with many play attractions (slides, toy supermarket, climbing area, etc.) - the equipment itself is very good. However, this brings us to the disadvantages. Regarding the downsides: The staff could take better care of the play area and clean it more regularly. This means regular cleaning and general maintenance. Of course, it can happen that a small child has an accident in the sandpit, but if a child urinates, it should be cleaned up immediately by the staff, not only after several reminders and with a sour face as if wondering why it's being reported at all. Sorry, but a staff member should immediately grab a cloth and take care of it without any fuss. Therefore, I give the play area 8/10 points for equipment, but only 5/10 points for cleanliness. But the worst part is the toilet... People, if you are managing a toilet, it should be kept in usable condition. It’s understandable that no one wants to do it, but the toilet area has to be wiped down and cleaned regularly. There's no way around it. For the toilets, Panda only gets 3/10 points from me. Overall, a proud score of 7.5 points. You are our favorite children's indoor play center; a few things could be improved, but overall, thank you for this service. Keep up the good work!
I have taken my child to many play areas. And I also occasionally visit this play area once a week. There are 2 things I am not satisfied with here: 1. The play area has a rule that no outside drinks or food are allowed, and there is a sign on the wall prohibiting it. I have witnessed customers buying drinks from the shop and asking to sit and drink inside, and the staff agreed. Meanwhile, when a child brought a box of milk to drink, they absolutely did not allow it and made them go outside. OK, according to the play area's rules. 2. I usually see 1-2 supervisors at the play area. Recently on September 2nd, there was a staff member in a red shirt who said: "Kids, the supermarket toys are only for playing inside the supermarket." Wait, are the staff just standing there saying that and opening/closing the door? I have been to many play areas and have been reminded that toys from the 2nd floor cannot be brought down to the 1st floor, or that you cannot throw beads outside, but I have never encountered a place that says you can only play this in this area. Active kids move around with a few balls or items to another area, so what's the problem for the cleaning staff? The plus points are that there are staff who help pull out cars for customers, arrange cars in shady spots for customers, the play area is always clean, the air conditioning is cool, the play area is new so the toys are new, and the drinking water is also OK. I'll give 5 stars for now, if there's anything else later that I'm not satisfied with, I'll update.
