LINH WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL 🇮🇳 …
Delicious restaurant, okay price, eat until you can't breathe with the special portion 🫠🫠🫠
The fried fermented pork roll ordered for delivery is just a little bit. Too little, looks disappointing, don't want to say anything.
bad
Bún Đậu Phố Cổ on Đặng Dung Street is a fairly popular choice for those looking for a quick, filling meal. The first impression when entering the eatery is a simple, somewhat casual space that can feel cramped during peak hours. However, given the price, you can't expect too much in terms of decor or meticulous investment. As for the food, the bún đậu portion is relatively complete: fried tofu, boiled meat, chả cốm, fried spring rolls, vermicelli, and vegetables. Considering the price and cost of living in Đà Nẵng, it's not proportionate; the eatery is not good in either quality or quantity. The fried tofu is fairly okay but not very crispy, especially if you order takeout, the heat drops quickly and it's not as satisfying as eating on-site. The boiled meat is tender, the chả cốm is fragrant but sometimes a bit floury. The most controversial point is probably the shrimp paste: the flavor is a bit bland and leans sweet, suitable for those who don't eat too strongly, but it won't have enough 'kick' if you're used to the Hanoi-style shrimp paste. On the flip side, the affordable price is a big plus. One portion is enough to fill you up, suitable for students and office workers looking for a quick meal. The service speed is relatively okay, though not overly friendly, but not unpleasant either. In summary, Bún Đậu Phố Cổ – Đặng Dung is at an 'edible' level, suitable when you're hungry and want a filling meal at low cost, but it hasn't reached the level of 'delicious enough to return many times.' If you expect authentic Hanoi-style bún đậu, this place doesn't truly satisfy. However, given the price and quality, it's considered acceptable.
I ordered bún đậu mắm tôm (vermicelli with fried tofu and shrimp paste), but the eatery didn't include shrimp paste; instead, they put regular fish sauce. On top of that, the hotline didn't pick up. They treat customers with such disregard.
Ordered 2 glasses of lemon tea but they brought out 2 glasses of bitter tea, the staff's attitude was not enthusiastic
Ordered the special portion but still got the regular one even though I reminded many times. So annoyed.
Earlier, I ordered a small platter without meat, but the female staff member acted as if she didn't pay attention to the customer's order. When it was brought out, it had meat. I didn't want to say anything, but when it came time to pay, I looked around and saw no one, so I said loudly, 'Sister, please calculate my bill,' but still no one heard. I said it a second time even louder, but still no one came to calculate the bill. So I went down to the kitchen to see if anyone was there, and I saw that young lady standing and chatting. I handed her the QR code and said I was paying, but she looked at me, nodded her head, and turned back to continue chatting. The restaurant should train its staff, because that female staff member's attitude and work style are very annoying :))
Reasonable prices, the food is not too impressive, the raw vegetables are quite sparse. When customers order, the staff don't seem to write anything down, so when it's time to pay, they have to spend time checking what the customers ate to calculate the bill. The restaurant has ceiling fans installed right under the light bulbs, so when the fans spin, they create a flickering light effect that is very annoying.
The owner of this shop seems to despise the shipper profession or something, but if that's the case, don't open a shop on Shopee. Every time a shipper comes in, they curse like crazy and even chase them away. Absolutely horrifying.

The food is not delicious, and the owner's attitude is unpleasant. Well, there won't be a next time, I'm afraid to come to this place until I'm old, everyone.
Terrible food, the owner's attitude is generally a waste of money, bringing annoyance to people, the vegetables are wilted and inedible.
Damn, the other day I only ate bun dau here and came back with a stomachache and food poisoning. My stomach still aches dully. Check the ingredients for me. When I went to wash my hands, I saw the toilet and kitchen were unbearably dirty.
The attitude of the staff was terrible when they confused the order of customers who arrived earlier and had to wait! No next time. Next!!!
The eatery is sloppy in business, no system at all. Ordered twice, asked for no meat and no tofu, but received portions with meat and tofu. Ordered the small special for 39k, but received a 30k portion that's no different; the topping quantity for the 39k and 30k portions is exactly the same. It's only 9k, but they still cheat, I don't understand. And when ordering, they made mistakes and sent wrong portions twice. I don't know what kind of business they're running. Doing it this way, do they think the eatery can survive a few more years? Running a food service, they should bother to open their ears to listen to the customer's order notes, and be honest with money and portions. It's not like ordering a 39k portion and delivering a 30k portion plus wrong notes. Once could be a mistake, but twice, what else is there to argue?
