The restaurant has staff who are rude and disrespectful to customers and even curse at customers. I hope the owner takes measures to address this.

Everyone, if you search and see my review, quickly avoid this Bánh Tráng Siêu Xịn 2 Trịnh Đình Thảo eatery, I bought only 2 boxes of rice paper but had to wait nearly 30 minutes while the shop was empty, the staff had a rude attitude, ready to argue with customers, poor delivery drivers who take orders here are all delayed for half an hour, in short, terrible service, don't bother going there to get annoyed and waste your time. Đà Nẵng is not short of rice paper shops, 3 rude staff members =)))

I came to eat in, waited 15 minutes and got no food, while those who arrived 10 minutes later got served first. There were 3 staff, but when I called them, they just sat around doing nothing. When I said they weren't working, they said they were working, but they only started getting the ingredients after I said that. When I spoke up, they were very rude, even swore at me. I could have given birth to them, yet they still talked back.

The food is delicious but the staff have a contemptuous attitude towards customers, giving dirty looks and swearing. While preparing the food, they have a scowling face and provide terrible service.

OK Eatery

This eatery is sloppy. The dry vermicelli is left out in the wind for too long, the soy sauce vermicelli with tofu and meat doesn't even bother to include meat, the fried cakes are burnt black, the 35k ly thom dac drink looks one way in the app photos but is served another way. Very careless. Should not try.

Sitting and waiting for the dishes until I'm worn out, the food is bad, the staff glares at customers, in general not satisfied at all, going out to eat but carrying anger inside.

Takeaway orders, any staff member you order from has a bad attitude and speaks rudely as if they don't want to accept customers. I keep calling in an order, but the staff just ignores it after hearing and doesn't care at all :)))

Mixed rice paper is so bad, too hard, I went home and it still wasn't soft; the avocado rice paper rolls have way too much chili sauce squirted on them, why?

The note on the app said not to add ruoc due to seafood allergy, but the restaurant still put ruoc in?

The shop does deliver, but only accepts outside orders when it's not busy. Otherwise, ordering via app or ordering in advance for pickup is fine. The food is very diverse and delicious, with a menu so extensive it's overwhelming.

Delicious food, plentiful, cheap, friendly

Ordering at noon is the fastest, ma'am/sir. Customers are scarce at noon, so the staff work quickly, but since they're new, they're a bit slow. However, they make full portions and they're delicious.

The restaurant is very bad, the service is slow. The food is terrible, all frozen food.

The lemon tea and calamansi tea are like the lemons have been left out too long and are wilted. The food is hit or miss. For example, the grilled rice paper is unevenly cooked; often more than half of the rice paper is not grilled. Sometimes you get sand in it. The fried corn kernels have blackened, burnt skin, and are both chewy and hard—I don't understand how the staff could still serve it. The food takes extremely long to come out, even bottled drinks that don't need mixing arrive after the food. Oh, and the Chinese sausage—the outer skin is burnt, dry, and hard; probably it was left out for a long time and then grilled again. Honestly, it was a very bad experience.

Ordered bun dau with soy sauce meat, arrived without meat, no clear explanation

Rice paper is like old stuff, chewy and dry, crumbly as if left outside for 2 weeks. I ate it yesterday afternoon, the next morning I had a stomachache all day and couldn't do anything. Too scared, once and never again. Expensive and little, bad is fine, but no.

They don't know which customer came first or last, while waiting 30 minutes and still haven't got the takeout order.

Staff attitude disrespectful to customers (female staff wearing glasses)

The staff had a bad attitude. I came to eat and asked for more chili sauce, but the staff showed an unwilling attitude and glared. When they gave it, they threw it on the table with a bad attitude.

The food came out super super slow, waited nearly 45 minutes and got 2 sausages :))) The food tasted okay.

I really liked the sausage of the shop before, but after Tet, the shop changed to a different type of sausage or something, and it tastes very dry and not as delicious as before. I hope the shop sees this feedback and changes back to the previous type of sausage 🥺
