DRAFT BEER Danang Downtown

I asked if I could change the glass for beer, but the staff and manager each gave different advice. Called the manager, but he took 10 minutes on the phone before coming. The manager and staff had a bad attitude toward customers. Is the restaurant so stingy with a glass? Using the service feels like begging. The price is not cheap either. The place was empty, only 3-4 tables, not crowded enough to be stingy with a glass. Too bad.

The restaurant is spacious and airy, the food is delicious. The service is lovely.

Spacious campus, right on the Han River. Rich menu, good service. Price is a bit high compared to the general level, but suitable for the restaurant scale. Private parking lot, very spacious. Updated 4/2025: The restaurant has moved to extended Bach Dang Street, still along the Han River.

The restaurant's service is unprofessional. A customer left something behind, and when they came back to get it, the staff had already taken the items, scattered them in different places, and thrown the rest away. Although it wasn't worth much, it was still the customer's belongings that they needed, and they had been placed in a nice gift bag, not thrown into black plastic bags like trash or treated as the restaurant's property to dispose of arbitrarily 😡
