Came to eat for the first time on 12/4/25, passed by many times and saw the eatery always crowded. - The service staff is very enthusiastic, observant and attentive to customers. Even when the place is crowded, if a customer raises a hand or looks around, a staff member appears instantly. The staff may not be pretty, but they are very enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly. - The food is rich and diverse, served super fast. Before finishing one dish, the next one arrives 😄, so you should ask the kitchen to serve slowly. - The snails are medium-sized, neither too big nor too small. Today's cà na snails are a bit dry in meat; the tamarind sauce could use a bit more sugar to mellow the flavor. - The steamed clams have a lot of lemongrass 😆 - Other dishes taste okay too. - Prices are affordable; it's more advantageous to come in a large group. Will come back next time to try other dishes. ‼️ The eatery should place trash bins under the tables for customers to dispose of waste. Seeing staff sweep up after other tables while customers at nearby tables are still eating, with fans on, is not ideal. It's a bit off-putting while eating.

A local eatery quite far from the center but I accidentally ate there because it's near my home. The food is fresh and delicious, service is very fast. The price, in my opinion, is quite reasonable.

The snail eatery is located on Thang Long Street. The restaurant space is spacious and airy, with both indoor and outdoor areas. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Prices are reasonable, the food is diverse; when I went, the place was quite empty, so the dishes were served quickly and were still very hot. Regarding food quality, overall the dishes were fine and suited my taste, except for the stir-fried seafood noodles which were very bland. The restaurant should have a small trash bin at each table for convenient waste disposal.

Let me give a little feedback. Your restaurant should buy sandals for the staff because they run barefoot, which looks very unsightly. Plus, they step on shrimp shells, then use their hands to brush off the soles of their feet, and then handle items to pack for customers—it's disgusting.

Close to the river, so the eatery is cool and airy despite the peak of the hot season. Spacious. The food was prepared too hastily; the fried noodles still had a raw oil smell and were burnt, and the grilled oysters were the same. The seafood platter with clams, snails, and squid was not fresh—it was like frozen items reheated.

I ate at the restaurant on the Thang Long street branch, including the following dishes: salted egg sauce shrimp, seafood stir-fried noodles, salted fish fried rice, lemongrass chili stir-fried frog, and spicy sauce octopus. Only the spicy sauce octopus and seafood stir-fried noodles were acceptable. The salted egg sauce was not tasty and not smooth, and the shrimp was fried in oil that had been reused, so it had a smell. However, I find this restaurant cheap compared to the general price level, so many people must eat there. In general, the taste doesn't suit me.
