I've been here to eat many times, but this time I was truly disappointed. It seems the restaurant has changed owners and staff. When I arrived, after 5 minutes no one came to ask what I wanted to order. When I called them, they only brought the menu then. After ordering, 30 minutes later they informed me that some items were out of stock. I accepted to change my order. An hour passed, I had finished the main dish, but the side dish still hadn't arrived. I decided to leave. When paying, they charged the full amount. I don't mind the money because in previous visits I always tipped the staff extra. It's just that it's the beginning of the year, I just returned to Da Nang, and this experience was truly frustrating.
