Had a good Kumquat tea here. However the place is literally infested with rats. I know there’s rat in Danang but I saw about 100 of them in broad daylight light in every nook and cranny of this place and the service was ok at best. Sorry
Best cup I've had in Da Nang! Velvety Smooth, Rich, and Creamy. Not bitter. Like liquid chocolate. I mean...look at the color of that head.

Local-style garden eatery, spacious yard, cool with a Koi fish pond. Drinks are decent, cheap prices, especially the salted coffee is very delicious.

The tiramisu cake is okay. The matcha drink is okay. The space is airy with lots of plants. There is a fish pond to chill. The space is not too quiet. It's okay for working.
An atmospheric coffee shop in a quiet and uncrowded place. There is a pond with carp. Suitable for work. I liked the coffee, the prices are reasonable.
As a cafe with the most stable space in the area (500m radius). But the environmental odor treatment inside the shop is too weak. The smell from the toilet evaporates very strongly and stinks, like when you urinate for a long time without flushing and it seeps into the ground. Very sorry to the shop for having to give a bad review, but through this I hope the shop can fix it and develop well.

I ordered a glass of fresh milk without sugar with ice, but it cost 26k, and the glass is small and tall like a Saigon coffee glass without ice, so disappointing.

This morning it rained, the number of customers when I arrived was stable. I parked my car with other cars, but when I left, the rear of my car was damaged, and no staff knew about it.
Drinks are average, the owner's attitude is arrogant. Especially, they refuse to accept bank transfers and only accept cash, even though no one mentioned this issue before ordering, only when it's time to pay does the owner demand cash.
The shop only wants to accept bank transfers, so they should put a sign in front for customers to know so they don't come in to drink. But customers come in and sit down, then the staff says the shop only accepts bank transfers, which is no different from driving customers away.

Vietnamese vibes~~ There's a pond on the way, so my elementary school son shouted 'It's a fish!' and we went in lol. The atmosphere was better than expected, and there were no foreigners at all... No air conditioning 😂
The eatery is right at the beginning of the walking street, serving coffee and also food. Quality and price are acceptable.
