The Cozy coffee & tea

Drinks are okay, the place is crowded on weekends so it's normal. But the service is poor, the female server is slow, has a bad attitude, and works as if forced. Ordered 3 glasses of water, it took a very long time to bring them, brought 1 glass, then 10 minutes later brought another, then had to ask before bringing the last one. They need to review their staff and service. When called, they don't bother to respond.

Staff on 15/6 evening shift, extremely enthusiastic, attentive service, water is ok, cozy space quite suitable for studying and working. First time here and the experience is wonderful, will come back.

The shop is okay, the drinks are average, the space is spacious, there are convenient power outlets, suitable for studying. However, the staff are noisy and disorderly, joking around during their shift, and disrespectful to customers. Although the shop is crowded, the surrounding customers are very conscious of maintaining the shared space; ironically, it's the staff who are making the noise =)), quite dissatisfied with this issue. I hope the management sees my feedback to remind the staff on the shift of June 9, 2026, at 7 PM. Thank you.

A study café with an ok space, spacious, airy, with many long tables, tables and chairs arranged neatly + many power outlets, so it's very suitable for studying. The staff replies to table booking messages very quickly and friendly. Going in the afternoon or evening will be quieter. The drinks are good, worth the price, the staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. Recommend everyone to order the young sticky rice with coconut flakes.

The space and seating are very comfortable, the air conditioning is super cool. I really like studying here.
