30k for a plate of rice with pork chop without (side dishes) in Da Nang is very okay. It's not broken rice grains, but the eatery cooks it fluffy so it tastes good. The pork chop is marinated thoroughly and tender. The price is very reasonable for such a portion.

The rice is delicious, the grilled pork chop with shredded pork skin and egg roll is 40k, very reasonable. The vegetable soup also has minced meat. The place is crowded, but the ladies take orders as soon as you come in. It's a bit hot, but whatever, it's cheap and tasty, so can't ask for too much. 10 points.
