The BEST pho in Hanoi!
This is the best pho in Hanoi, without a doubt. Right in the center of the Old Quarter, this family operation opens at 6am and closes after lunch. If you do not get there before 6:30am, expect to wait in line for a seat inside or one of the kiddie stools out front. You walk right up to the family assembly line, hand mom the 50,000 VND for one bowl, then stand aside. That is less than $2 for a bowl of the best pho you will ever taste, anywhere!
