Everything is okay except the fish cake :))) Is it really fish cake, oh my god. Suggest the eatery change to a different type of fish cake immediately, because eating a piece of the cake, I can't taste anything but flour; the cake is not chewy, it's no different from a piece of flour :))))
Compared to 2-3 years ago, the quality has declined quite a bit. The broth is very sour and slightly salty. The fried pork fat is of extremely low quality.

Huyen Anh's Crab and Pork Crackling Rice Vermicelli Shop on Le Quang Chi Street is a stop worth trying if you are a fan of traditional-style bun rieu. The broth here has a sweet, clear, and rich flavor, blending with crab paste and crispy pork cracklings, creating a moderate richness without being greasy — this makes the bowl of noodles more appealing from the first spoonful. Besides the crab paste and pork cracklings, the shop also serves a variety of fresh and delicious toppings, so each portion of noodles is generous and suits the tastes of most diners. The shop's space is quite spacious and airy, suitable for groups of friends or families to dine. The shop also has convenient parking, a big plus compared to many other small noodle shops in the area.
Ordered 360k on the app for a hot pot for 3 people but it was super sparse, didn't order extra fried dough sticks or additional toppings and couldn't find them anywhere, ordered hot pot for 3 people but only received 2 pairs of chopsticks
The restaurant is spacious. The first time I tried this dish, I found it quite delicious. If you go and order the Cha Ca La Vong, you should order an extra side of vegetables to make it more fragrant and tasty. The shrimp paste here is good. For this meal, three of us ordered extra vermicelli, which was just enough. However, I went during a quiet time, but the food took quite a while to come out, and they forgot our order. The prices are reasonable. You should give it a try.
Huyen Anh in Hanoi is already famous, I don't understand why it's rated low in Da Nang. I went to try the full-topping bun rieu, it was delicious and very plentiful, I couldn't finish the whole bowl. The menu has many dishes, prices are cheaper than Hanoi but quality is comparable. You should give it a try, don't be put off by bad reviews.
At noon, this eatery sells rice. I came in and ordered rice, waited 20 minutes, then the staff came and said the eatery was out of rice. The eatery's business is terrible, making customers wait a long time only to say they're out of rice. I've had breakfast here many times before, but because this time was so bad, I will never visit again. Giving 1 star and farewell to the eatery.

Quite delicious
45k for a bowl of bun rieu with fried pork fat is not too expensive, but for the general breakfast price range, it should be worth it. Upon entering the eatery, the staff looked sleepy and lethargic, handing over the menu in a mumbling voice. The bowl of noodles had an excessive amount of noodles, making it look big, but the toppings were minimal. The fried pork fat, which was advertised as the main feature on a big sign for bun rieu with fried pork fat, was rock hard, dry, and flavorless. The tofu was dry and stiff, as if it had been pre-fried and stored in the fridge. The basket of vegetables looked like it had been kept in the fridge from the previous day, as the shredded vegetables were discolored and yellowed, indicating they had been sitting for a long time (I ate at 7:15 AM). I asked for no scallions, but the eatery, which had only me as a customer, still forgot. There was nothing to give it any points.
Price matches quality and service. Delicious, suits the taste. Staff are enthusiastic and attentive. I have eaten at this restaurant many times, almost all dishes are delicious. Recommend, everyone!
The food is decent, recommend the Cha Ca La Vong. However, no matter how many times I come, I still can't stand the attitude of the staff. When customers call, they are very indifferent, lacking enthusiasm, as if they don't want to serve. Overall, I come back because the restaurant is near home and the food is okay, but the staff deserves a thousand complaints.

The staff was arranging chopsticks and accidentally dropped them on the floor, then casually picked them up and put them straight into the chopstick holder right in front of the customers 🤢🤢🤢 I don't know how dirty the preparation process in the back is. I've eaten here many times, but from now on, goodbye.

The vermicelli is quite delicious, suits my taste. Especially the bowl of vermicelli is quite large, filling. The food takes a bit long to come out, but it's acceptable.
I really, really like this dish and came to enjoy it with great anticipation, but I gave a low rating not because of overly high expectations. The quality was truly very poor. The tofu, meat, and fried pork fat were hard and seemed to have been fried and left out for a long time. I gave feedback to the staff but received an indifferent attitude. In the distance, other staff members were playing cards instead of focusing on taking care of the restaurant. I posted this review after I tried to give feedback to the staff and received a response that showed they weren't listening.
Delicious food, still hot and steaming, crispy fried pork fat topping quite generous. Reasonable price, staff enthusiastic and attentive. Spacious, cool and clean space, will come back again....
