I have ordered from this restaurant once before and came back a second time. But I will definitely not return again. I booked 13 tables and 2 backup tables. In the end, they gave us tables for only 8 people to sit, and the 2 backup tables were placed outside without air conditioning. When I asked the manager to move the tables inside, they said there was no space (they should have informed the customers in advance; we booked for 10 servings per table but when we arrived, they only set up 8 chairs per table). The food was not served to the customers while they had finished their dishes, and the hot pot was left entirely on the outside table. When asked to bring it in, they said 'yes, yes' and then made us wait, making the customers think the meal was over and they stood up to leave. Meanwhile, there was still one hot pot dish and one dessert left. When complaining to the manager, they didn't even bother to reply to the customers. Working in the service industry, their communication skills are extremely poor. Holding a bill of over 30 million VND and leaving while hearing the guests at the baby's first birthday party complain is truly frustrating.
Spacious and airy space. Has air-conditioned rooms, suitable for birthday parties for groups and companies. The food is moderate, quite delicious, and plentiful.

Absolutely terrible. I went to a drinking eatery, took a walk around and saw this scene. Trash is dumped indiscriminately by the river; what can't be burned is pushed into the river. Unbelievable that a fancy, beautiful drinking place in an island area full of VIPs, in the heart of a livable city, would do something like this.

Generally speaking, there is no need to come back. The food was bad, the dishes took a long time, and the steamed chip chip bowl had muddy water (because one of them carried a bunch of mud). Only the service staff was enthusiastic about opening beer (but they also listened to customers; when asked to stop opening, the staff member actually stopped). But that didn't save much. The toothpicks were moldy @_@. If the eatery maintains this performance, it will only become increasingly empty. Hope the eatery improves. The space is airy, but everything else is not okay.
This eatery throws trash onto the riverbank and dumps it into the river. The household waste accumulates over time, emitting a foul odor, causing unsightliness and environmental pollution.

The restaurant has the worst car-booking staff in history. The InDrive app already offers prices 30% cheaper than Grab, but they still haggle down to the floor price. An 8km ride costs 54k VND, and drivers keep arriving and leaving. Customers wait over 40 minutes before a clueless driver finally accepts the price. Haha, I can't deal with this kind of restaurant. I've posted this to 10 driver groups, telling them to stay far away from this place.
Overall, the food and service are quite okay.

Such a large restaurant only has two microphones for karaoke. The soup is too salty to eat. The space is quite large but the lighting is too poor for taking photos, and there are no colored lights. This first experience is too disappointing, hoping to contribute to everyone.
