ALIBABA COFFEE DA NANG has a spacious, airy space, very suitable for meeting friends or working. The drinks here, especially the coffee, are quite delicious and have a distinctive flavor. The shop always maintains cleanliness and comfort, which is a big plus. However, one point that the shop needs to pay attention to improve is the service attitude of some staff. More warmth and professionalism in interacting with customers will help enhance the overall experience. To create highlights and increase customer satisfaction, ALIBABA COFFEE could integrate Tuneast, allowing customers to select and vote for their favorite songs, while sending meaningful messages, making the shop's space more lively and friendly.

Cozy local café with plenty of shade in a hot sunny day. I got coffee fast and the taste was good.
Before, the teacher was still okay, but now the staff's attitude towards customers is glaring sideways and it's scary.
2 female service staff on Tet holiday showed a contemptuous attitude towards customers. Even when customers gave feedback, they talked back. I am a regular customer of the shop. Almost every day I drink coffee here or at shop 238 Kinh Duong Vuong.

Good coffee, good drinks. I've been a regular for quite a long time, both at 238 Kinh Duong Vuong. At 238, I was very satisfied with both the staff and the baristas. Since I'm a coffee enthusiast, anyone who drinks here knows the coffee is good, so I don't need to add more reviews. But the staff here are poor; they serve dine-in and takeaway customers with a bad attitude, as if they don't need customers. That new barista at the counter is a long-time employee of the shop but also lacks awareness. I suggest the owner review the staff's attitude so customers will stay; otherwise, in the long run, all customers will leave!
