It's really not delicious :3
I saw the eatery was recommended by the Michelin Guide, so I decided to try it for breakfast before heading to Hue. *Food: The banh canh noodles were tasty and chewy, the crab cake and fish cake were fragrant, and the accompanying fried pork fat was so spicy it made me dizzy... *Service: Nothing outstanding. *Space: The eatery didn't look clean, and the food was prepared on the floor :((( *Price: Quite cheap.
1 bowl of snakehead fish with fish cake 25k has 3 small pieces of fish and 2 pieces of fish cake, a bit little compared to the eatery near my house. The broth is rich and flavorful, piping hot, you have to blow on it while eating. Comes with fried pork fat and satay sauce. The eatery is always crowded.
A famous eatery on Nguyen Hoang Street, quite crowded but fast service, affordable prices. The banh canh noodles are a bit chewy, like a mix of different flours, toppings include snakehead fish, bones, crab spring rolls... eggs and spring rolls are charged by quantity. Free bonus of fried pork fat with chili. The flavor is okay, but not outstanding, for the price it's decent 👏
The eatery doesn't have air conditioning, so it's a bit hot to sit and eat. After eating, I'm drenched in sweat. One bowl of mixed ingredients for 40,000 VND has one big bone, fish innards, and fish cake. The fish innards smell bad and are not tasty. The broth is average.
The flavor is okay, the broth is rich. The bowl is super generous, 1 huge bone + fish for 30k, with spring rolls, quail egg, fried pork fat, and fried dough sticks. The eatery is a bit small & crowded. Service is also quite fast.
Snakehead fish noodle soup is delicious and super cheap. Very crowded with dine-in and takeaway customers. A suggestion: if there were more raw vegetables like bitter herbs, it would be perfect. The bone broth noodle soup with snakehead fish is also great. I've come back to eat several times.
Very delicious. Have been eating since before the Nguyễn Hoàng era.
The restaurant staff is deaf
When dining, if you encounter staff with a bad attitude and the food is not delicious, you should reconsider the staff.
Suitable for late-night eating (not after 10 PM)
So delicious and cheap! Don't like lean meat so not fond of that huge piece of meat (in Da Nang called bone)
It's very delicious. I've eaten here many times, every time I go on a business trip to Da Nang, I eat here. The restaurant prepares dishes quickly, the food is delicious. Clean and fully equipped.
The price has gone up by 5k per bowl, and the portion has also gotten smaller :)))) meat prices have increased, but fish prices haven't, right :))
(learn on threads @) Eating on a cool spring day, this dish is also reasonable, warms the belly :3 The eatery is located in a residential area on NH street, a small street, this area is a commercial area with many eateries crowded side by side, luckily there is also parking space, tables and chairs include high and low tables We ordered 2 bowls of rice flour banh canh with crab cake, fish and fish cake, the crab cake is super delicious, truly Hue-style crab cake, but the balls are a bit small :)) The fish is also flavorful, the banh canh uses Lao flour so it's clear and chewy. Eaten with a free bowl of fried pork fat, in my personal opinion the fried pork fat is not very flavorful, not up to par 🤗 Total damage for 2 bowls and half a plate of eggs is 57k, generally okay and reasonable The eatery is a bit trashy, although there is a very large trash bin under each table, the bowls and chopsticks are also a bit... generally the hygiene is not very good 💀

I have eaten many times, but this time I bought banh canh cha cua (Vietnamese noodle soup with crab cake) but there was no crab cake, probably because the staff was busy chatting and not paying attention😇
Takeaway service: they say one thing and do another. When I arrived, they were still laughing and chatting with each other, not paying attention to me. They only turned around to ask what I wanted after they finished talking. I just bought something 15 minutes ago, and the experience was terrible.
The raw tapioca dumplings are always overcooked :) I repeated it 2-3 times but the staff just kept a straight face.
The food is delicious but the seating is a bit unsanitary
