Tanpo Coffee & Tea is a lovely coffee shop with a very tastefully designed space that is both modern and cozy, very suitable for studying, working, or simply chatting with friends. The drinks here are diverse, from coffee to tea, all very delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are quick and always cheerful, leaving a good impression on customers. Although everything is fine, I think the shop could further enrich the options for snacks or pastries to give customers more choices when visiting. If Tanpo Coffee & Tea adopts Tuneast, managing playlists by time slots would become easier, and it could even suggest products that match the playing song, optimizing the customer experience.

Water is fine, service is also okay. There is a small play area for children but it's not very safe yet.

I find the eatery unsuitable for chatting, talking, or dating because: the first floor is very noisy. Children climb up to the play area loudly, screaming + the eatery plays music, making it impossible for me to talk and stay long because it gives me a headache.

The staff are quite friendly. I rate the shop quite highly, so I still often visit, but this afternoon I had a rather bad experience. This afternoon, like other afternoons, I came here to find a quiet atmosphere to work, along with many others, and students were also studying and working. That atmosphere was broken by a group of customers bringing their children in. The parents talked quite loudly, and the children were allowed to run around the shop, shouting loudly, affecting others. I find the staff quite gentle; I didn't see them do anything to advise the customers. This review is just my suggestion. I hope the shop can pay attention to these things to maintain this friendly atmosphere and advise those uncivilized customers who don't consider other customers around.

Had a chance to go to Hoa Khanh and accidentally found a super beautiful European-style coffee shop. Drinks are delicious beyond reproach. Prices are also reasonable. Spacious space for families. Definitely must come back. Menu has a full range of drinks from coffee to various types of milk tea. Lots of beautiful corners for taking photos.
