Overpriced , tastes bad
At The 1.9.9.3 you will find their signature dish, Mì Chua Cay Thập Cẩm (Spicy and Sour Mixed Noodles). As the name suggests, they are a perfect dance of fiery chillies and tangy kumquat sauce, all twirling around a generous pile of noodles. I snagged a bowl for just VND 35.000, it was enough to conquer even the heartiest appetite. The secret lies in the kumquat sauce. Infused with lime leaf powder, it is an aromatic masterpiece that awakens your taste buds and elevates every slurp. However, the quality of their instant noodles might not shine as brightly. And the accompanying soup might be a bit understated with overwhelming onion notes. While you are there, do not miss their refreshing Trà Bí Đao (Winter Melon Tea, VND 10.000) and Trà Sữa (Milk Tea, VND 15.000). They are delightful pit stops on this flavour journey.
