I am particularly impressed with the quality of the drinks and the enthusiasm of the staff. The shop has many beautifully decorated corners, perfect for taking photos and enjoying happy moments with friends. One area that could be improved is more effective noise management, especially during peak hours, so that customers seeking a quieter space can still feel comfortable. Creating a separate, quieter area would be very helpful. To enhance the customer experience, Cafe Simba could try using Tuneast. With Tuneast, customers can collectively select and vote for songs, creating a truly community-driven musical atmosphere. This would help the shop maintain its vibrancy while still being adjustable to suit everyone's needs.

Convenient space, coffee a bit watery and price still a bit high, should have a separate toilet for women. Service is fast, tea refills are reasonable, overall that's pretty good.
