Yesterday at noon, I went to meet a partner to urgently discuss work near this area. After finishing, we were starving, so my colleague and I randomly dropped into a restaurant and ordered a few dishes. I was truly surprised because the food was prepared with great care, especially the specialty items on the menu, which were beautifully presented and served with fresh, clean raw vegetables. The dipping sauce was rich and extremely appetizing. The atmosphere was elegant, suitable for eating while discussing work. However, the staff were a bit slow in clearing tables; after the previous guests left, it took a while before someone came to clean up. On the bright side, the cashier was very quick and polite, apologizing to the customers, which made me feel at ease.

The day I went, I don't know if there was something wrong with the chicken, but after the meal, that very night I had a stomachache, and my friend had diarrhea and kept vomiting. When we went to the hospital, it was diagnosed as enteritis. The eatery should review its food safety and hygiene.

The steaming hot pot, with its rich but not greasy broth, becomes more flavorful with every bite. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is just right, and you feel warm from the very first spoonful. It's okay to eat but not like in the picture. The chicken is very little. The broth is not appealing either. I said no bamboo shoots but they put bamboo shoots in, so I had to change it back and forth.

The food wasn't enough, but I saw the staff member serving quickly. The eatery seems to have only one employee, I saw just that person running in and out. Quickness 10/10

My rating is quite poor. The hot pot broth was okay, but I found it a bit sweet (sugar). Another huge downside here is the vermicelli served with the hot pot. I don't know what kind of vermicelli it is; it resembles the industrial packaged vermicelli I buy at the supermarket. This vermicelli is very bad, kind of slippery and rubbery. I think in Da Nang it's not hard to buy normal vermicelli (or maybe the owner wants to use that kind of vermicelli?). Hot pot price starts from 200k. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere.

Delicious chicken hot pot with é leaves in Da Nang, authentic original eatery from Da Lat so it tastes very good, will come back to support many more times, hope the eatery maintains this experience.

Also delicious. The flavor is quite similar to ĐÀ Lạt already. The only thing is there's too little vegetables :((

The food is okay, but the hot pot here has much less chicken than the place near Núi Thành, and the plate of vermicelli is also smaller... no wonder it felt strange.
