The food is delicious, but the staff's attitude is bad; they threw the change on the ground. The restaurant's hygiene is not clean.

Got food poisoning from eating oysters. Oysters are already prone to causing food poisoning, and on top of that, they use ingredients that aren't fresh. This should be reported to the food safety authority to inspect this eatery; otherwise, customers will all get food poisoning.

Dirty eatery, both times I ate there I got food poisoning..

Snails are expensive but few, and the dishes are also a bit slow to come out.

I have been there several times and feel uncomfortable because there are many staff but they don't take care of customers, there are ants inside the food, hope the shop fixes it.

Call to clean the table but no one comes to clean, treating my table like a decoration :))) first time like the last time

The food is quite delicious, however I chose this restaurant for the last meal with my girlfriend before she goes to military service, but in my meal there was a screw, yes it was an iron screw. And I still haven't had the manager or owner come to resolve it for me. Really disappointing.

Went to eat on the evening of the 7th day of Tet and had an unpleasant experience. I understand the eatery would be busy, but the attitude of the two ladies in white tonight was extremely disrespectful to customers. While clearing tables, they were complaining about why so many customers were coming in, and they were stacking bowls noisily :)) If you run a business but don't want many customers, why bother selling? I asked for more rice noodles, but the lady was rude to me and even glared at me. Also, the chopsticks weren't washed clean; they still had grease. It took 4 or 5 tissues to wipe them clean. I guess the eatery is already busy enough and doesn't need more customers.

Ordered beef with oyster 2 (2 beef 2 oyster) but they brought out beef steak 1 by mistake. I called the staff and said it was okay, then they changed it for me on the bill to beef 1, but when the bill came out it was still beef steak 2 (2 beef). I went out to talk about it but the owner wouldn't accept it, insisting that that amount was 2 portions of beef. The portion is 45k but the beef is as little as if giving to beggars :)))

Dirty eatery, eating ốp la (fried eggs) is terrifying.. advise everyone not to visit. Suggest authorities inspect food safety and origin of food to protect consumers.

Staff attitude is too bad, when asked to bring food they only care about large groups of customers, bringing food with an arrogant attitude is very disappointing, communication skills are too poor, request to review staff

I ate seafood in the evening, the food was well prepared, the prices were affordable, the restaurant's menu was diverse with many dishes. Prices start from 59k, if you go in a large group you can order more dishes. The restaurant is always crowded in the evening, if you go during peak hours, there might be no tables available. Regarding hygiene, the restaurant should clean up more neatly and tidily to be better.

Very frustrating to eat here. The food is delicious and cheap. The staff is silent, doesn't respond when called, and when a dish is missing, they don't even apologize, just stay silent and walk away.

My father and I have been attached to this place for many years and have many memories here!

The food is okay. But they should change or retrain the attitude of the staff.

Went to eat, paid, but was treated like a beggar, staff had an extremely bad attitude :))
