Same feeling as some previous comments. Our taxi driver had recommended the place, but as soon as we arrived, a tout greeted us at the door. The prices were much higher than they should have been. The food was relatively fresh, and I enjoyed it.

SCAM, DON'T GO THERE! We were initially going to another place that I found recommended on Reddit. Our Grab driver asked us how we found it and kept repeating that it was a place frequented by locals (which is what we were looking for, of course) and advised us not to go there because we might catch a virus. I asked him for recommendations, and before we even agreed, he turned around and drove us directly to this restaurant. As soon as we arrived, the employees in front tried to get us to go in. I found it suspicious, so I told them to wait and checked the reviews. I saw a bad rating. We started walking to another restaurant (about 5 minutes later) and our driver suddenly reappeared and started following us, asking why we didn't go in. This confirmed to us that it was a scam. After searching for 'scam' in the reviews, it only confirmed it!
