10 points for the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff. We were coming back from visiting customers and it was so hot, so we dropped in for a drink, and the staff were very friendly. The drinks are not too sweet, just right for our taste. The space is spacious, cool, air-conditioned, with many seating areas. Suitable for families and friends, everything is fine. Only on Dien Bien Phu Street, parking a car is a bit difficult.

The drinks are decent, especially the matcha items like the one in the picture—creamy, fragrant with tea, and the flan pudding is addictive. The menu is diverse, and the prices are not too high, so it's easy to visit many times. A big plus is that the drinks are presented beautifully, perfect for check-ins. A minor downside is that it's a bit noisy during peak hours and sometimes the wait for drinks is long.

There is no dish, yet they still let customers buy, then make them sit and wait, wait for more than 10 minutes, then come out and tell the customer the dish is sold out?? I bought 3 cups to take away, including 1 cup of Thai soursop tea, I don't know why, but after one sip I wanted to vomit, the smell was terrible, like medicine. My friend drank it, my friend didn't drink it, but clearly smelled the medicine smell, and had to throw it away.

The service staff is terrible. I ordered a milk tea but it hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, even though the shop is empty. There are more staff than customers.

Slow staff, those who came later got served first, waited 30 minutes, suggest reviewing the staff here because service is too slow. Very frustrated.

It seems to be a franchise cafe with several locations in Da Nang... It's a place I go to once in a while because drinks like bubble tea are delicious, but the interesting thing is that it seems to offer a Vietnamese-style drive-through... They take orders from motorcycles on the road.

I just ordered a takeaway cup of strong Thai red milk tea + white tapioca pearls + cheese jelly. But the shop only made the milk tea part, didn't add the jelly I ordered, yet charged the full amount???

My milk tea shop is extremely satisfying. The space is clean, cute, and very comfortable to sit in. The tea is fragrant, rich in flavor, with plenty of high-quality toppings. The staff is lovely and serves quickly. I will definitely come back many times. 5 stars without a doubt.
