The food was average. Thee staff attitude were bad for hospitality jobs. When we ordered the food and we can’t decide yet and the staff seem to be impatient to us. When I went to get my food they seemed like they don’t want any money from us??? When I asked them for the bathroom and they looked confused so I asked them again for the toilet but still they didn’t understand me. Anyway another staff with the glasses told me that the toilet is on the second floor. Tbh the smell on the second floor is smelly. But anyway my parents told me that after I went to the bathroom the staff were rolled their eyes at me. Honestly bad form.
Always good coffee, the price is a little high from what you can get off the street cafes
your staff have no idea how to process a pop-up card and the Monday takeaway cup promotion . it took me 10 minutes just to buy a coffee....
The best place for work Wifi so fast ( 30mps to 40mps) This highlands branch seems to be less noisy crowded as every other branch. I like the messy tables and chairs layout and space like here.
For a chain, this is a great Vietnamese coffee shop to have traditional types of coffees and other teas. They make the drip coffee in the proper way and it is quite good. I bought some beans to bring home! This doesn't beat the small shops on the side of the road that I love, but for convenience, this place is very good.
