The attitude of the order staff was snobbish. I asked what the milk tea with a layer of salty cream on top is called. Is it the salty cream cheese milk tea? Yes, yes, press the order button for a salty cream cheese milk tea. What the customer wanted was the orange-colored cream layer on top, but the order came with chunks of cheese. If you don't understand your own shop's menu, don't stand at the order counter. The face shows attitude and then speaks curtly. I feel that if you can't be cheerful while working in service, then don't do it, causing trouble for the shop owner who is dedicated.

I have tried many drinks here and found all of them delicious. I am very satisfied!!!

The attitude of the bartender (a female staff wearing glasses, slightly chubby) was very bad. Clearly, I ordered first, but after my drink was made, they left it there without packing it for the customer, and instead processed the shipper's order. Only when I asked did they make it, and they almost forgot the customer's topping. Overall, it was bad; they should reconsider their attitude.

I have bought here a few times and found the service quite good, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic when I ask for paper or plastic cups. Will come back next time and try more new dishes.
