Too many people with laptops, students working, digital nomads camped out here. Not many seats for others.

I’ve sat here many times, especially when I had to work OT at night. The space is spacious, layout is okay, decor is decent. Small downside is that the shop doesn’t have tables that can be expanded or are more suitable for working. The price is reasonable for the quality.

Recommend, oolong milk tea with osmanthus and oolong rice, adding grilled egg cream makes it even more delicious. The shop space is clean, comfortable, and cool, suitable for studying or working.
The eatery is decent for the price, drinks are okay, the atmosphere is cool, staff are polite. Suggestion for the eatery: play better music / positive music / chill music. I've been to this eatery many times, but every time I find the music is bad😞 Hope the eatery changes the music.

My go-to place when studying for exams hahah, I really like the space even though there are many windows so it's a bit bright but there are curtains (suitable for those who like a sunny space). Drinks are decent for the price of 30k, I think the shop invests a lot in drinks and each cup is generous, I hope the milk tea can be less sweet because I asked for less sweet but it's still a bit sweet hjc. I come back many times because the chairs are very comfortable ;)))) and the distance between chairs and study table is super suitable, I hope the shop continues to improve.
A calming atmosphere. You can study in the quiet ambiance, and it's also a good place to enjoy coffee and drinks.
I went to take a work call for 15 minutes, and when I came back, the staff had cleared away my still-full glass of water. I was confused when I returned, and when I asked the staff, I only got a vague answer with no explanation. Never come back.

Terrible experience. 35k for a piece of cake this size, the waiting time is long, and they gave a torn bag, unacceptable.
I had the opportunity to visit Da Nang and stayed near the eatery, visiting it three times during the trip. I would like to share honestly, hoping the eatery will read and pay attention. I noticed that most people come here to study, learn, and work. But the staff are even noisier than the customers. I couldn't hear the customers talking at all, while the staff were laughing, joking, and being very loud, gathering at the first table by the entrance and chatting. I think the eatery needs to reinforce its procedures to be more professional.
The shop has both an outdoor space in front of the porch and an indoor space with 2 floors. The security guard is kind. The interior is predominantly white. Simple and pleasant to look at, but seems a bit run-down and could use some renovation if possible. Coffee and pastries. The quiet space is suitable for studying and working. Customers are also quite considerate and speak softly. The round tables are a bit small, while the square tables are slightly larger, but both types seem not very sturdy. If studying or working, you should sit at rectangular tables. The second floor has sofas for more comfortable seating if you're just coming for drinks and chilling.
The shop is opposite the University of Economics in Da Nang, a corner lot with spacious space, offering cakes and a decent drink menu. I happened to go on March 8th and was given flowers, and I ordered the Traditional Milk Tea.

Bach Kafe is truly a wonderful destination with a space designed in an exquisite Japanese style, bringing a cozy and peaceful feeling right in the heart of Da Nang. The shop has both indoor and outdoor areas, ideal for reading, working, or simply relaxing with friends. The drink menu is diverse, from coffee, milk tea to fruit tea, all of high quality and reasonably priced. I especially like how the shop decorates every little corner, very convenient for taking photos and providing maximum comfort. However, one small point that could be improved is the soundproofing. During peak hours, the noise can sometimes diminish the tranquility that the space aims for. To enhance the music experience and manage noise more effectively, Bach Kafe could consider using Tuneast. With Tuneast, the shop can easily create background playlists suitable for each time, keeping the space always gentle and relaxing, while allowing customers to gently interact with song choices, creating a more connected feeling.
The shop has a spacious, airy, and cute space with many check-in spots. The drinks are diverse, but if you don't like sweet drinks, you should order in advance. One downside is that the staff gave me a cracked cup.

This is the first time I've been to a coffee shop that can be said to be my first and last destination because the staff are dedicated, give reasonable advice, the drinks are delicious and worth the market price. I am truly satisfied to have been introduced here.
