Quiet space with lots of greenery. Many private coffee areas. Delicious drinks at affordable prices. Suitable for work discussions and chatting with friends.

The shop space is cool, has many fans, water prices are average, not too excellent. Studying or chilling is quite okay.

Chill eatery, friendly and dedicated staff. Delicious drinks, student-friendly prices. Recommend everyone should try.

BAD. First time experiencing the restaurant, it's okay, very chill, but I don't like the attitude of the staff. The restaurant was quiet, but the staff came near the customer's table to sit and talk on the phone loudly, laughing, and even watched TikTok with the speaker on loud as if they were deaf, very noisy while the restaurant was quiet, too disappointing. Hope the owner trains the staff's attitude. I went on Monday afternoon (8/9/2025), the female staff in white shirt.

Good water, enthusiastic and lovely staff. Went in the evening so I don't know if it's hot during the day. However, I saw many industrial fans scattered around, with many trees it will probably be cool. Quiet and easy to talk, bringing small children here is fine.

The restaurant has few customers, but after more than half an hour of ordering, there's still no water.

This morning I stopped by a tea shop where the tea prepared for customers was extremely dirty. When it was brought out, it looked like sediment from a tea pot that hadn't been cleaned for a long time, forming large clumps stuck in my cup. I ordered a drink, but the cup was quite dirty, with 1-2 tiny black specks inside, so I didn't dare let my child drink it. I watched the staff wash the cups and saw they only rinsed them briefly in two basins of water before serving them to customers. The men's restroom was extremely smelly, unbearable. The shop also had many rats; while sitting there, I saw 3-4 very large rats running around the drink counter. Truly terrible.

Drinks are okay. The space is spacious. But the play area for children is a bit small and has few toys.

Lychee tea, it's drinkable, a bit sweet. But the menu has raised prices, lychee tea is 25k.
