Coconut coffee it's nice and lovely service 😊
The drinks here are quite delicious
Quiet space with an outdoor view. The downside is that although the eatery has an upper floor, visiting at noon will be very stuffy and hot even though air conditioners are installed.

Since it's hot, I came to Kong Cafe with the air conditioning blasting. If you have a sweet boxy oil drink, the heat will go away lol. There are small and large sizes, so choose according to your preference~!
The restaurant lacks sophistication and responsibility. Our group of 4 had a bill of 232k VND. I asked about the promotional program offering free cake, but was told the cake was sold out and couldn't be given. After we had been seated for an hour, we saw a table of 2 foreign guests being served cake. When I asked the staff again, they still said the cake was sold out. When I questioned why that table got cake but we didn't, the staff member silently walked away without giving me a satisfactory answer.
What can I say. Every time I come to Vietnam, I always visit the reliable Cong Cafe. My family likes to try new menu items, so I was the only one who had the original coconut coffee, and everyone else ordered something different hahaha. Everything was delicious! The price, as expected, is expensive compared to local prices... but it's tasty.
Cong Hoa Ke Viem is my regular spot. I really like the atmosphere here, and the drinks are also very delicious and suit my taste. The staff are also very okay. However, I am not satisfied with the attitude of the security guard on many visits. Sometimes when the place is crowded, I struggle to park my bike and have to get off myself to move the bike to the sides to make space, while the guard stands a few meters away watching (many times at night). During the day, I ride my bike and see that the shady spots are already taken, so I park at the edge, planning to move my bike into a shady spot when one becomes free. But no, when I leave, I see my bike left alone in the sun while the shady spots are all empty because those people have left. Meanwhile, my bike is less than a meter away from the guard, and many other bikes have sun-protective covers on their seats, but mine does not, even though there are several covers next to the guard... Truly indifferent and uncaring. Every time I go, it's the same, with no improvement, making me feel disrespected.
Great music, ambiance, and coffee. By chance, I had to bother the staff several times, and they helped with a sweet smile on their face. I recommend it!

The most delicious Vietnamese coffee shop I've been to. It's nice because it's quiet and spacious! The staff are friendly too haha
You might think it's cliché, but it lives up to its reputation. The fact that there is something that doesn't change makes me realize its value anew. In Da Nang, it's mainly in An Thuong, and there is a Cong Ca Phe An Thuong branch, so I could go once a day, making it a pleasant trip.

Rating: terrible I have drunk at Cong in many places and have never encountered hygiene issues as bad as at the An Thuong branch on this past Wednesday (May 13). I ordered a glass of cốc juice and was disgusted to see the neck and mouth of the glass bottle covered in black mold residue. This is the area where you directly put your mouth to drink, and it was dirty to this extent. Then, another bottle that was mistakenly brought to my table earlier also had the same black mold. I think the utensil hygiene here is quite careless, not a random oversight. I am reporting this here in hopes that the store will improve its inspection and utensil cleaning processes. Because using drinks from containers with mold or accumulated bacteria poses a high risk of food poisoning, stomachaches, etc. I called a staff member to report this at the store and continued sitting for a while. Another issue was a leaking water pipe that dripped water onto the table, causing inconvenience at the seat, and the store was too crowded to change tables. Water kept dripping even in the toilet... I was completely uncomfortable with this experience at the store. Spending money to drink at a big brand is to buy peace of mind, not to bring home germs and discomfort.
The shop is not very crowded, but the cups are sold out. The flavor is too bad compared to other branches.
I entered the restaurant and ordered at 20:31. After waiting until 21:00, I went down to ask why there was no water yet, and the person handling orders replied, 'Sorry, the restaurant is crowded.' But meanwhile, many tables around me who arrived later already had their water. A large restaurant that makes customers wait nearly 30 minutes without even a glass of filtered water to drink??? Then, because they saw us complaining, they told me to wait and quickly made two drinks for me. Those two drinks were really bad—the lemonade tasted like filtered water with just a bit of lemon, and the yogurt snow was bland, with no smell or taste of yogurt. Then the server explained to me that the dish was like that. Meanwhile, I've had it many times at other restaurants and it was very delicious. Truly a terrible experience at a branded restaurant.
Spacious compared to other Cong branches, and the drinks are identical to other branches. Airy and comfortable chairs.
The quiet atmosphere was nice. The cafe interior is also pretty.
