Went to eat at 11 AM but ordered fermented fish noodle soup and it was not available. Roasted pork noodle soup, they went to get the roasted pork and it hadn't arrived yet. The staff was not enthusiastic.
I had the chance to visit Đặc sản Trần on Phạm Văn Đồng during my trip to Đà Nẵng and was very satisfied. The eatery is spacious, clean, and airy, suitable for families and groups of friends. The dish that impressed me most was the bánh tráng cuốn thịt heo (rice paper rolls with pork) with tender meat, very fresh raw vegetables, moderately chewy rice paper, and rich, flavorful mắm nêm (fermented fish sauce), authentic to Central Vietnamese taste. The Mì Quảng (Quảng-style noodles) was also delicious, with generous toppings, though the broth was a bit bland for me; adding a little more seasoning would make it just right. The staff served quickly, were friendly, and enthusiastically guided first-time customers on how to enjoy the dishes. The food was beautifully presented, ingredients were fresh and tasty, and dishes were served quite quickly even though the eatery was crowded.
The food is delicious but the eatery doesn't have air conditioning, so it's hot.
1. To evaluate the service, the first thing to say is that we need to book a table in advance, which will prevent us from waiting. The staff are enthusiastic. 2. The eatery has a quite delicious pork dish with two layers of skin, quite filling. However, the Mỳ Quảng dish is not quite authentic in flavor. 3. The space is spacious, however there is no air-conditioned room.
The rolls are delicious, the spring rolls are also delicious, the two-end pork is the best.
Cold food, wilted vegetables, high prices, generally terrible food.
It's been a long time since I last ate at Tran's eatery, so when I recently had a chance to visit Da Nang and try it again, I chose this location, which is one of three branches in the system. It looks quite eye-catching and spacious with a nice location, but when I went in to eat, it felt a bit empty, which surprised me a little—maybe because it's Monday, the start of the week, so there weren't many customers. The food is still the same; the vegetables are unlimited and very clean because they are grown according to the system's organic standards at the farm in Lam Dong, so I feel quite reassured. Everything else is average, service is fast and attentive...
A long-standing specialty eatery in Da Nang for rice paper rolls with two-layer pork skin. The eatery is spacious and airy. We ordered steamed rice cakes in small bowls, rice paper rolls with two-layer pork skin, rice paper rolls with beef brisket, and rice paper rolls with roasted pork. Fermented anchovy sauce is the main dipping sauce for the rolls, but the eatery also has sweet and sour fish sauce for those who cannot eat fermented anchovy sauce. Attentive and quick service.
A very enjoyable experience, the food is delicious and characteristic of Da Nang. The space is clean and comfortable, with spacious parking for cars. Very suitable for tourists to experience the cuisine.
Good facilities, staff need to support how to eat specialties to enjoy the cuisine more fully.
Clean, palatable
I wanted to eat local food, so I visited a place recommended by a local. Well, hygiene standards differ by country... but it's better to think of it as having a local feel rather than being clean. First of all, the food prices are cheap. We had a meal for four and paid about 25,000 KRW per person. However, it's hard to expect any special service... maybe because the last restaurant I went to had such excellent service. It's not A-grade service among restaurants in the same country, but it's very good if you consider it as just a neighborhood eatery.
The food is delicious. The sauce (fermented fish paste) is just right for my taste! Perfect with beer! The restaurant atmosphere is like a tourist restaurant atmosphere, a vibe that makes you feel like you need to eat quickly and leave.
The juice is too expensive. No clear advice. Ordered way too much. The drinks are terrible.
The food is just okay.
Bad. The security guard was dozing off. The parking guide scraped against an iron pillar. When the car was leaving, there was no guidance to get out.
1 glass of orange juice 64k, too expensive
The restaurant is in a spacious and easy-to-find location, with food and drink prices clearly listed. The food is delicious and suits the taste, but for about 300k per person, I felt so full that I couldn't eat anymore, and everyone in my family also felt full. The local dishes are characterized by not being suitable for the majority; when dining with young children, you must be very careful to choose suitable dishes. A good experience in Da Nang.
The food is not very good, expensive, and the staff have a bad attitude. I wanted to order a portion for two people to share because I saw it was quite a lot, but the staff showed their attitude openly. Too bad.
The food is very BAD, very expensive, staff attitude. I wanted to order one portion of each dish for two people to share because I wanted to experience different dishes, but the staff showed attitude openly. Too bad. IN GENERAL, THE FOOD IS BAD + EXPENSIVE, EVERYONE SHOULD CONSIDER.
Spacious campus, fresh air, food is also delicious
- The attitude of the staff is absolutely unacceptable; they bring out bowls and slam them down in front of customers, banging them loudly on the table. When a customer asked if there were soft drinks, the staff snapped, "We don't sell soft drinks." - The food, bánh bèo, was cold, from the cakes to the filling. As someone who often comes to Da Nang to play and has eaten at Trần eatery for over 7 years, today I am truly disappointed with the place!
Delicious food, good fermented anchovy sauce, fragrant
The second time eating Tran cuisine in Da Nang, the last location was near the Dragon Bridge, I think, and this time it's on Vo Van Kiet Street, Da Nang. The eatery has a very spacious and airy space, the food also has a few dishes, the most delicious and popular are the two-end pork skin rolls, a Da Nang specialty, and Quang noodles, a Quang Nam - Da Nang specialty. This eatery only attracts tourists; most locals will not eat here because the prices are quite high and they have many more choices.
