The box is unhygienic, the area is super hot. The drinks are too expensive, the staff taking orders is not good (ordered 2 drinks, 30 minutes later only got 1 lemonade, the other was forgotten, had to remind them and then waited another 45 minutes just for 1 latte). Should not come here, it's just asking for trouble, already busy with a deadline and have to deal with this kind of thing, so annoying 😠 …

The shop runs on deadline but the box of 6 seats only has 2 outlets. Drinks are good but a bit expensive compared to the general average. Wifi is weak, cannot work.

A big plus of the shop is the spacious, airy space, comfortable for working on deadlines 24/24 because there are private boxes, the boxes also have thin curtains, increasing privacy by 10 times. In addition, there are many fun games for friends to come and play. When I'm free, I often come here to paint statues. Moreover, the milk tea at the shop is super delicious.

You can have better choices in the area or go to expensive chains like The Cup, Highland, Phuc Long at Mega... in the area for better space, cleaner bar counter, and professionalism. 38k but the shop does not serve coffee in a glass cup even though there were only 4 customers. Tables are dusty, the space is spacious but hygiene is not maintained, for example the stairs, the bar counter is cluttered with boxes of imported oranges, just looking at how you operate the bar counter seems a bit messy, not very clean... I am quite disappointed with the management of the resting space during the service. Specifically, the couple next to me were quite young, traveling with family and had a small child. However, not only did the baby make noise, but the two of them and their family also continuously talked very loudly, made noisy activities, and even shouted loudly at times. This situation lasted from around midnight to nearly 4 AM, which is a very late hour when most guests need to rest, but this group still made noise for a long time, seriously affecting those around them. What's more, they seemed unconcerned about their small child. The loud talking, shouting, and noisy activities repeatedly startled the baby, causing it to cry very loudly, prolonging the noise even further. This not only affected the surrounding guests but also showed that the group lacked awareness of maintaining the shared space. I proactively went over to remind them, but the situation did not improve. After that, I went downstairs to find staff for assistance but saw no one at the counter. I noticed a few people sitting studying at a table downstairs, but I'm not sure if they were staff. Additionally, the staff on duty on that floor did not pay attention or handle the issue promptly. I do not intend to judge anyone by age, circumstances, or education, but talking loudly, shouting, and making noise in the resting area from midnight to nearly 4 AM is very inconsiderate and directly affects the experience of many other guests. I hope you will review the staff arrangement and better manage the resting area. In particular, there should be clear staff on duty on the main floor or in the area where guests rest to promptly remind and handle cases of noise, avoiding one group affecting many others. Overall, the food was bad, the drinks were bad, the management awareness was bad, this was my first time going and also my last.

The staff on the afternoon and evening shifts have a very bad attitude, especially the female staff member in gray with narrow eyes who talks very loudly to the male staff; you could hear her voice from the entrance. They speak disrespectfully to customers. When customers ask questions, they give empty responses—what's that about? The mixing counter is very dirty, and whatever drink you order is missing something. Poor service, will not return next time.

The restaurant has a bad smell. The box rooms we observed are dirty and not clean. Both the 2nd and 3rd floors are very dirty. The service staff are very okay, enthusiastic, and lovely. THE RESTAURANT NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE HYGIENE ISSUE.

Ordered 2 glasses of water, after nearly half an hour only got 1 glass, asked about the other glass and they didn't know. Later when the bill came, they saw it was missing and said they'd rush to make it. After another half hour still didn't see it, asked again and it hadn't been made yet. Went down to the order counter to ask, and the order staff shifted blame among themselves, no one admitted to having taken the order, asking for the customer's understanding without a single apology, just kept demanding the customer be understanding. Chose this place to relax on the weekend but ended up with extra frustration. Will never return to this place again.
