Ich kam zusammen mit einer Thai Familie her um eine Nudelsuppe zu essen. Alle waren begeistert vom Geschmack der Suppen, sei es mit Hühnchen, Rind oder Fisch. Auch das Hühnchen mit Reis schmeckt hervorragend, so dass wir gleich noch drei Portionen bestellten, um diese mit nach Hause zu bringen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

A long-standing eatery in Tuy Loan, the chicken is edible, noodles and vegetables are delicious and clean. The cooking is a bit salty, losing flavor, not sure if it depends on the day. The eatery is spacious, tables and chairs are clean. The car parking lot is quite large. Reasonable price 35k/bowl.

The best Quang noodles
This is a restaurant worth visiting when coming to Tuy Loan. It is a long-standing Quang noodle eatery open throughout the day, very crowded. The mixed Quang noodle bowl has a lot of toppings and noodles, a full adult cannot finish it. Prices are publicly listed, and there is a special Central region dish of stir-fried chili with satay, very addictive. The restroom for customers is clean, service is stable, and prices are reasonable.

Mỳ Quảng Thủy Chung – A Must-Try in Túy Loan, Đà Nẵng Túy Loan, Đà Nẵng, is famous for its unique Mỳ Quảng, and Mỳ Quảng Thủy Chung truly lives up to this reputation. We visited as a group of four and ordered three bowls of beef Mỳ Quảng and one bowl of chicken Mỳ Quảng. The first thing that stood out was the noodles – thick, soft, and distinctively different from other places. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender yet flavorful, making each bite incredibly satisfying. The chicken here is special—it comes from free-range chickens raised on natural grains, ensuring a firm yet juicy texture that’s far superior to industrially farmed poultry. A highlight of the dish is the fresh vegetables served alongside, including finely sliced banana blossom, which adds a crunchy, refreshing contrast. Traditional accompaniments like rice crackers, chili sauce, lime, and fish sauce further enhance the flavor. And, of course, no meal is complete without a cold Pepsi or Mirinda to wash it all down. The experience was so fulfilling that we almost wanted to take a nap right there! If you’re ever in Đà Nẵng, don’t miss this hidden gem.
