I've eaten at Roots Planet many times, and it has become one of my favorite places. The food is always fresh, healthy, and delicious, with plenty of great vegetarian options. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is prepared with care. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty vegetarian food in Hoi An!❤️❤️❤️

The smoothie bowl, a heaven!! Tasted so fresh, so refreshing. The Mediterranean platter was decent. Pita was a little weak but rest amazing. The raw cake was also lovely. Would definitely come back!!

I am a big fan of vegan food, had it in many places around the world and this was the worst ever. We had 6 items from the menu so we were able to have a clear idea of the food here… Everything was shockingly tasteless and flavourless: for example the plant based burger literally tasted like cardboard but the rest was equally unappetising. I believe it takes an evil effort to cook such soulless food. The service is non existent and the staff stays on the phone most of the time. Special mention to a gigantic cockroach frolicking in the dining area. The very first time I left a place almost upset. Not recommended.

Best place with very tasty food! My own top: bowl with falafel, spirulina bowl and spirulina energy balls! That’s really awesome! 😍 Highly recommend to visit!

This place is proof that vegan don’t eat just salad. We went there 4 times on our 7day trip. Amazing food and the coconut dream cheesecake was unforgettable.

A place I'd want to visit more often if I stayed longer. The price is reasonable compared to the food quality. There are many foreigners bringing their laptops and working.

This is a restaurant for vegetarians. I am not a vegetarian, but I visited after seeing a recommendation on Google Maps. The food is generally not tasty. I wonder if vegan food is inherently tasteless. The plant-based meatballs taste exactly like tofu. The plant-based burger also tastes like tofu. The bread with basil is really delicious. The atmosphere of the place is peaceful and cozy. However, the staff did not try to listen deeply to my opinions. When ordering through Google Translate, I wanted to hear more information about the food, but they did not provide it. If you are not a vegan and are a traveler visiting Da Nang from Korea, I would not recommend it.

The burger was very light and tangy, so it was delicious. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere is great! I wanted to go there every day during my two days in Vietnam, but I couldn't, which is a shame. On the other day, I suggested going to the cocktail bar next door, but my family members who were with me said they were tired and full, so we couldn't go, and I'm still crying about it.. This place is really good, so you must go.

The yogurt bowl is very delicious. The coconut coffee has a slightly strong coconut flavor, but the yogurt bowl is tasty, so I'm satisfied.

I was served and advised by an unfriendly and unenthusiastic female staff member. 1/ That day, I wanted to drink iced milk coffee but that item was sold out. I asked if she could make espresso with added milk, and she said "No," emphasizing that they only sell the items on the menu. I was okay with that, but at that moment I felt a bit uncomfortable because her attitude was so unpleasant. 2/ Then I ordered coconut coffee (this item is blended but it wasn't written on the menu and I didn't know). She said this item has ice (I thought it was ice cubes), so I said okay, just a little ice. That day was very cold, and she advised the customer very unenthusiastically and with insufficient information. I held a 70k cup of coffee and had to wait for all the ice to melt before I could drink it (and the taste was no longer good). *When I received the coffee cup, I complained to her, and she laughed (I emphasize that she laughed). She was like, "Yes, now if you want, I'll make you another cup." She didn't apologize, didn't show sincerity, and she made me feel like I was looking for trouble to get a free cup from the shop. I said no and left. 3/ The shop mostly has foreign customers, so maybe this is the reason I was treated disrespectfully as above.

Healthy food is very fresh, delicious, and unique, with many dishes, including healthy desserts and cakes, and drinks are also good.

This portion is the best among all the types I've eaten here, so I recommend everyone try this dish 🩵 but I forgot its name, hic 😢 just show the staff the picture, hehe 🥰 if you're looking for peace, come here and experience it, there's also a place to work, which is really nice

Delicious, healthy, nothing to complain about. Salad bowls are very large, seasoning is just right, the portion is very affordable ☺️

I quite like the atmosphere and the service of the ladies here. The space is warm, and the food is quite delicious, especially the Smoothie, you guys can try it 🥰

First time trying vegan coffee, it's good but not really used to it hehe. I ordered a tiramisu, really liked it, the portion was also big, like! Edit: came back after a year, the cake and coffee are good, however the staff at the counter were unfriendly, impatient when customers order, didn't give thorough advice, just wanted customers to order quickly to get it over with, as a result the dish came out not as ordered. Your attitude ruined my whole evening. I am a fairly easygoing customer, but this experience truly disappointed me.
