Quiet for working but the drinks are not quite good. Overall rating: 7/10 - Experience a few months ago 1. Location & Space: - Location: Right next to Dong Tien Bakery, easy-to-find sign. - Space: 2 floors, with both indoor and outdoor areas. + Floor 1: Indoor but no air conditioning. + Floor 2: Air-conditioned (should bring a jacket), quiet space, about 7-8 tables, suitable for studying and working. - There is a self-service filtered water area for customers, quite convenient. 2. ☕ Menu & Drink Quality: 🔴 Matcha Latte (40k): I haven't tried it but asked the shop and was told they use Taiwanese Matcha. At this price, using Taiwanese powder is quite expensive, plus there were previous bad reviews, so consider carefully. 🔴 Peach Milk Tea (40k): [5/10] - Served in a glass cup but with plastic straw and spoon. - Overly sweet, feels like using creamer rather than fresh milk/whole milk. Has 3-4 peach pieces. - At this price, drinks elsewhere would be better. 3. Summary 📝: - Pros: Quiet, workstation space, diverse menu (good or not depends on the item). - Cons: Drinks not impressive, price/ingredient quality ratio not matching.

Beautiful shop, delicious drinks, enthusiastic and attentive staff. The space is very suitable for students, pupils, and working people.

The coffee shop has 2 frontages, spacious. The 2nd floor has air conditioning, quieter for working. Drinks are okay, service is enthusiastic.
