This is the best hu tieu that I have had in Da Nang. The broth was excellent, noodles perfectly cooked, pork slices were tender and well portioned, and the basket of veggies was just like being in the South. The bowls are big enough to make you feel satisfied, and the two of us ate for just VND 90k. Yes, it is just a typical corrugated tin shed of an eatery, so it is a typical "neighborhood style" noodle shop, but if you are looking for the real-deal without too much MSG in your soup, this is the place. I will definitely come again and again. This was a great find!
The noodles here are perhaps the best I’ve had in the country at this price point. Flavourful, fresh, generous portions of noodles, broth and meat. Just amazing 🤩
The food here was very good. It's a local place so don't expect fancy. The woman who runs the place is pleasant and helpful. I had the dry noodles and it was a very large portion for 40000 VND. I asked for no shrimp and I think that she added extra meat and eggs. I will return for sure.
Atmosphere, I always arrive for lunch around 12:30pm. There's always someone there. People coming and going. Grab drivers eating there or waiting on food for delivery. Its clearly a local hot spot. Service, altho busy, I always find a seat. After going so often, I don't even have to order, they know my order from heart and just bring me my noods. Food: this is the Cambodian style hu tieu noodles. U can have it wet(soup) or dry. I prefer dry. When u order dry, they will being you a small bowl of broth. Separate from your noods. U will also be given a basket of herbs and lettuce. The table has sauces and spices for you to adjust your noods. I just add lime juice and a little more soy sauce. And I'm golden. Perfect bowl of noods. I order Thit Kho. 40k
Service was fast, the portion of noodles was generous, and the broth was refreshing. Would definitely come back again. 40k VND per bowl.
Stumbled upon this small eatery by accident and so very glad we did. The soup and dry noodle are both great, the space is very clean and the owner is so sweet and attentive. This is a popular local spot. Our taxi driver was so surprised we found this best kept secret spot.

It feels like eating delicious noodles at grandma's house. I went to Dong Market and it's right next to it, so I stopped by by chance. It's perfect for my taste!! The best I've had in Da Nang🤙🏻
A bowl of hu tieu is worth it, you should stop by
An 18-year-old Hu Tieu restaurant. There's no such thing as 'this place is the best' due to the nature of Hu Tieu (broth, toppings, and preferences vary), but this place is highly recommended. The grandmother personally makes it with 18 years of know-how (as of 2026), and it's delicious with generous portions. There are only two menu options: mixed and soup, both only 40,000 VND. Other famous Hu Tieu restaurants in Da Nang usually cost 70,000–80,000 VND, but this place is by no means inferior for the price. I especially like the mixed version; adding all three sauces (chili, caramel, and fish sauce) and pouring in about half the accompanying broth makes it really delicious. Without the broth, it becomes a bit thick. It's a small place inside an alley, but I recommend eating there in person rather than ordering delivery. It's next to the Dong Market, which many Korean tourists visit.
No smell of boiled pork at all. Soy sauce-based bibim noodles, just right for Korean taste. Add 4 spoons of broth and mix. The pepper is moderately spicy.
Having lived in Ho Chi Minh City for over 10 years, I've eaten a lot of hủ tiếu. This place is in the top three. I was really... really surprised to be able to eat this kind of hủ tiếu in Da Nang. I stopped by the nearby Dong Market and tried it once... Even if it weren't at Dong Market, I'd consider it a great restaurant and it's worth making a trip to try.
The noodle shop I've been eating at for nearly 15 years. It used to sell on the street, now moved here. I still occasionally visit the auntie to eat; the flavor is still the same as before. A bowl of 40k as shown is filling, with quail eggs, meat, and shrimp fully loaded. What I like most is the broth, very clear. Additionally, there is minced meat. The downside is the shop is shabby and a bit dirty.
Cô Út never disappoints. She is so nice and her Hư tiếu is to die for. I go at least once a week.

I came here by Grab on a rainy day during my 40-day stay and ate here. The broth was delicious, hehe. I didn't mention the size, so they gave me a large one, and the portion was huge😂. The large one was 40,000 VND~~ While I was eating, they even gave me more broth. It's close to Vincom, so give it a try~
Best hủ tiếu restaurant! Koreans who can't feel local vibes, don't come. It feels like a street-side eatery. Taste is the best! Large size 40,000 VND!
I ordered a large bowl of dry hủ tiếu for 40k. The hủ tiếu noodles were chewy, dark in color, but tasted a bit bland for me; the owner added a lot of oil, so it was a bit greasy. Although it's not the restaurant's fault, the two young people sitting next to me were eating while watching videos on their phones with the speakers on very loud, which made me a bit uncomfortable. However, the restaurant owners were very polite and lovely.
The eatery is average, the food is okay but not excellent. About 4/10 compared to Saigon's Nam Vang noodles. Cooked in Saigon style but still not excellent, just passable. Everyone remember to order extra pork bone to make it tastier. Will come back.
A bowl like this is 40,000₫. Really a lot and quality, lots of accompanying vegetables, everything is also clean. The eatery is just a bit hot. The broth is okay. Also delicious.
