Slow, long, not enthusiastic
Delicious food, reasonable price. Fast service. Parking around the eatery, quiet street, easy to park.

I came when the restaurant wasn't very crowded, but the food preparation was terribly slow. It felt like they gathered orders to cook in batches and then divided them. I ordered steamed clams, fried rice, sea snails, and stir-fried shrimp first, but it took a long time—waiting 20 minutes without any dish arriving was already frustrating. Then the dishes came out sporadically, each person got one bite, and then we had to wait again. I asked for two pieces of bread for dipping sauce, and one staff member put them in the oven, but another staff member took them to a different customer and never brought them to me. I called three times and said, 'No need to toast them,' only then did I get them. As for the braised beef with galangal and the hot pot, we waited and waited but never saw them, so I asked for the bill. The staff still charged for everything even though the dishes hadn't arrived. When I told them, they only then shouted to each other to bring them out. Each dish had quite small portions, the cooking was average, and overall I complain about the extreme slowness and lack of customer care. Another restaurant crossed off the list.

The price seems a bit higher than the surrounding eateries. The food is also less compared to the selling price.

The food is seasoned to taste, but the price is quite high. However, they still serve old food to customers, so the quality is not very good. The staff are superficial and irresponsible. The space is spacious and airy. If I come back again, I will NOT.
