Good points: - The restaurant's space is clean and comfortable to eat in. - The bún đậu dish eaten on VTD street, I have eaten at many places but the nem and chả at Ngon are delicious, and the fried tofu is just right. However, there is too much bún and the lettuce is not good enough. Improvement suggestions: - When customers enter, the mắm tôm and bowl are brought up a bit slowly, the dish is ready but customers have to wait for the staff to bring it up => It would be better to prepare the bowl on the table beforehand or bring it up when customers are ordering. - Customers ordered additional fried tofu but it was not brought up until the time of payment => Staff should pay attention to what customers have ordered to improve service. In general, the restaurant is okay.

Except that it takes a bit long to prepare, I am very satisfied. In this area, there are few good food options and the space is comfortable and clean.
An employee spilled a customer's belongings but turned to look at the customer with a blank expression, without a single apology. The employee doesn't know how to speak, and neither does the owner. Customers pay but get attitude in return; is it the customer's fault that the employee spilled their things?

My friend and I went to the eatery. First, when we walked in, I noticed the staff answered VERY CURTLY. Their attitude toward customers was rude, speaking bluntly to both me and other customers. The eatery should review its staff so that every customer who comes to eat will have a better experience. Overall, the eatery is okay and clean.

The food is usually fine. The service attitude this morning when I went, the staff looked unfriendly and very rude. I don't know if you had something upsetting personally or not. This is not my first time at this eatery; every time I go, it's been very okay and I'm satisfied with the staff and the food. But this time, I'm quite disappointed. Even the vegetables in the food were wilted and spoiled, but they still put them in.
The restaurant gets a plus for its unique space. Minus points: Lots of mosquitoes, very many mosquitoes. Service is slow; the restaurant is crowded but the kitchen can't keep up. The food in the bún đậu is a bit chewy; adults can manage, but kids just spit it all out.

The food is quite delicious. I ordered the shrimp paste dish; if there were perilla leaves too, it would be perfectly authentic. The space is clean and airy. Additionally, I would like to offer a small suggestion: the eatery should place a water jug in a corner for customers when they need it. 😁😁

The restaurant staff noticed there was only one person, from serving to cashier. The food took a long time to come out, and when it did, they didn't bring out the dipping sauce or side dishes. When asked, the staff said to wait a moment, but we waited from the time the table after us started eating until they finished, and our table still hadn't been brought the dipping sauce.
This bun dau restaurant is truly wonderful! The bun dau mam tom here is incredibly delicious, beyond reproach. The tofu is crispy and fragrant, the noodles are fresh, and the shrimp paste dipping sauce is rich and perfectly balanced, very easy to eat. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and the restaurant space is clean and comfortable. It's truly an ideal place to enjoy authentic and delicious bun dau mam tom. I will definitely come back many times!
Expensive, buying on the app seemed okay, the food was plentiful so I went out to buy, a portion for 115k but got only 7 thin slices of meat like rice leaves, plus some fried stuff. One thing is the vermicelli is a lot, probably a whole kilogram of vermicelli :)) and about a dozen kumquats. Probably app customers get more food while walk-in customers buying to-go get treated like that.
Spacious and airy eatery, serving both bun dau and coffee. 5 stars for Bep Tien. Excellent.
I've been there twice, and both times the wait was incredibly long. The food and drinks are good, but the serving time really kills the mood. Hope the restaurant reviews this aspect.

The shop is as busy as hell; I ordered a Grab delivery, and when it was almost time for delivery, they canceled because the shop was closed.
