Stopped by while on a walk along Le Duan street. The mousse cake was frozen, I can taste the ice flakes especially the filling jam. Took my order wrong, gave me a peach tea with milk while I ordered one without. The drink is horribly sweet, so I recommend to ask them for half sweet as a start if you want to try their drink.

Compared to other branches, the staff here is terrible
The toilet on the second floor is out of paper, the self-service napkin counter is also empty, customers' drinks are left full on the table with no one cleaning up, so customers have to clean up themselves.

THE WORST EVER, THE OTHER DAY THEY SAID MILK TEA WAS SOLD OUT, TOLD ME TO ORDER AND IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN 2-3 DAYS, NOW 4 DAYS LATER I CAME BACK AND THEY SAID IT'S NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
As for the sukem cake, its shelf life is only 3-5 days, but the shop gives a really long expiration date. I don't know if the storage method is good or not, but before it reaches customers, they should try it first. When I ate it, the cream layer was sour.
What kind of coffee shop service has such weak wifi? Out of 10 visits, 8 times I can't connect to the network. I pay for the service but can't connect to the internet, do I have to spend extra money to buy 4G??
Pros: I've experienced many Highlands locations, and this is still my favorite. The drinks are delicious, with the right flavor and aroma. The freeze line is moderately sweet, and the cream is very fluffy and soft. The space on the second floor is also very beautiful, with windows cleaned so clearly that you can look straight down Le Duan Street. Cons: Probably the Highland playlist; it gets a bit repetitive and boring to listen to.
I accidentally knocked over a glass of water, but the staff gave me a side-eye, hehe. Won't come back, bye bye.

The tables and chairs are arranged just enough to have private space, although a bit noisy but acceptable, and the menu is the same everywhere, parking is convenient.
The security guard is very kind. Highland should have hardworking people like this. I give the guard 100 points. Many thanks to the guard this morning for helping me when my car ran out of gas. Sincerely.

The staff is enthusiastic and attentive, the space is comfortable.
