Terrible, awful. Ate twice, both times equally bad.
Finally found this eatery again, it's a delicious restaurant. At lunchtime, they also have a reasonably priced rice buffet, but the cooking is tasty. Everyone can stop by and give it a try. Forgot to take photos after eating.
2 bowls of signature Pleiku Pho are delicious, at lunchtime there is also a self-serve rice dish!
Not wow enough yet, the broth is a bit salty. The restaurant's space is not very clean.

Eating has a cockroach smell
I've heard about this eatery for a long time, now I ordered to try. The dry pho generally has quite a full topping, the black sauce is okay, the flavor can't be as authentic as the original in Gia Lai (about 80%). It seems it's not from the same origin as Pho Hong in Gia Lai. Overall, this Gia Lai dry pho eatery is the best compared to other Gia Lai dry pho eateries in Da Nang.

Not sure if this eatery shares the same owner as the Hong eatery in Gia Lai, I found the taste quite okay because the broth wasn't sweet enough. I had the rare beef for 40k. Forgot to take a picture.

Delicious, for those who miss the flavor of Gia Lai but can't return to Da Nang immediately to eat... There are weeks I eat there 3 times a week because it's so delicious, hehe.
Takecare is slow. Asked to cancel the sour soup, the first time they brought the same dish up, asked again the second time still the same as in the picture but added a few spoons to cover up?? Service is slow, asked for a plate of bean sprouts 4 or 5 times before they brought it up.

Delicious, for those who miss the flavor of Gia Lai but can't return to Da Nang immediately to eat... There are weeks I eat there 3 times a week because it's so delicious, hehe.
First time eating Gia Lai dry pho, the bowl of broth is delicious, but the dry pho bowl is a bit bland for me, but adding the various seasonings on the table is okay. The owner is beautiful, approachable, and lovely.
