It a very good 👍
Goood
Mỳ Quảng is very delicious and cheap. A bowl of noodles fills you up for the whole day. The owner is very cheerful. Will continue to come back here.
The special noodles are even more delicious than other long-established Mi Quang shops. Rich in traditional flavor. There are also many options for beef noodle soup.
Delicious, enthusiastic service
Mì Quảng is a type of noodle, usually made from finely ground rice flour with water from gardenia seeds and eggs to give it a yellow color, then spread into thin layers and cut horizontally to obtain thin noodles about 5-10mm wide. When preparing the dish, under the noodles are various raw vegetables; Mì Quảng must be eaten with nine types of raw herbs to create a rich flavor: basil, fresh lettuce, young cabbage buds, white bean sprouts (which can be blanched or raw), cilantro, Vietnamese coriander, finely chopped scallions, and thinly sliced banana blossoms. On top of the noodles are pork, shrimp, chicken, snakehead fish (sometimes with boiled eggs), along with broth simmered from pork bones. People also add finely chopped scallions, herbs, and red chili peppers...
The breakfast eatery is very delicious, reasonable prices 👍
Normal, not delicious
In the morning, if you happen to travel on National Highway 14B, Road 605, at the Cửa Đình bridge intersection, stop by Mỳ Quảng Phong Lệ (Hòa Thạnh) to eat. The mỳ quảng is delicious, the price is reasonable, and the female vendor is cheerful and open. The noodles include beef, chicken, and snakehead fish mỳ quảng, marinated richly and just right. I just love eating, so I only remembered to take a picture when the bowl was almost empty 🤭
