Staff attitude, arguing in front of customers, no one answers when called, attitude is obvious

Tonight I visited the eatery, truly too disappointed with this place. The staff are rude and have a bad attitude toward customers.

The restaurant has a quite pleasant space, suitable for going with friends to eat and chat. The atmosphere is comfortable. The staff are quick, friendly, and provide good customer support, so I feel quite satisfied with the service. The food is generally okay, with many options, but some dishes didn't really suit my taste; the seasoning was a bit strange to me. However, the prices are quite cheap compared to the average, so it's still worth trying, especially for students. Overall, this is a decent place to visit when you want a simple dining spot without being too fancy.

Lazy staff. The manager sits around drinking while not even offering me any beer.

Poor staff attitude, service without care, some tables have been empty for a long time but they don't bother to clean, the manager doesn't manage the staff, just stands around for show, otherwise he approaches customers' tables to strike up conversations and sits down to drink with them as if it's normal.
