Pretty good
I had a gold star specialty and it was pretty decent and well balanced. A bit on the sour end for the beans, but all in all a good cup of joe.
Impressive coffee
It would seem the people here really know what they’re doing. A few coffee competition certificates on the wall might be evidence of this as well. Coffee is ordered and prepared a bit in the Starbucks Reserve style where you pick your coffee, the beans are ground at that time, and then brewed by your selected style. I had a cup of the Ethiopian Red Cherry prepared with a regular pour over drip style of brewing. It was perfect down to its temperature which I saw the barista measure by the way. This is my second visit here and both times I drank my coffee black with no cream as is my usual custom. My coffee here both times was really good and doesn’t need anything added. I live down the road, so I’m sure I’ll be back.
Quiet work space
Tasty little spot with quiet spaces to read or work. We got passion fruit juice (super fresh with no added sugar) and French press Lao coffee, iced. If we lived in Da Nang we would be regulars. Topped off with friendly, attentive staff who repeatedly refilled our complimentary glasses of lemon water.
Worth every single penny!
This place is worthy of five stars for super friendly staff, great coffee with reasonable price. Would definitely come back!
Just OK
This place is pretty cheap but it's also super spartan. There were a few people working on laptops and no locals. I don't know how people get work done, as there wasn't any AC. This place is almost a "pure" coffee shop since they don't really have food, just a few cakes. The coffees are on the small side but relatively cheap and the decor is better than the typical viet coffee shop. They serve a wide variety of beans if that's your thing.
