Xanh Restaurant Excellent
We did not stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort Da Nang. But we had an excellent meal at the hotel’s Viet restaurant, Xanh. Chicken salad w/banana blossom -different than the usual papaya salad. Hoi A chicken & rice had a great dressing. And they even brought over an eel dish from one of their other restaurants. We sat at the window by the ocean & were happy the place was open at 3 pm, an odd time for lunch. All dishes tasty!
Great Indian Food
Lovely ambience,Service upto the mark , Food was delicious as one require , staff and chef were very courteous , it’s a great chain of restaurants to visit .
FABULOUS FOOD
We stayed at Hyatt Regency Da Nang for a week and enjoyed fantastic family dinners each evening. The settings and decor of each restaurant are unique and 2 of the beach front restaurants have spectacular views. The meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables are all very fresh and the dishes creative and absolutely excellent. You can also enjoy 3 different breakfasts at the hotel's various restaurants. There is a huge variety on offer from traditional Vietnamese, amazing tropical fruits and pastries, healthy options to the heartier western staples. There is a food event on most nights. We especially loved the seafood buffet, the Vietnamese BBQ, Italian buffet and the seafood market nights. Good thing there is a 24/7 gym and fitness programs because we definitely over indulged!

This is the Hotel to Stay in Da Nang
Stayed 4 nights and this is one of my best hotel experiences. Spacious room, great staff, wonderful facilities, easily accessible to the beach and sumptuous breakfast spread. I will be back

First experience at the French restaurant Vive Oceane with a cozy space by the beach, delicious food, and lovely service staff. Hope to have the opportunity to return a second time. Impressed with Vu, who helped us a lot with information about the resort as well as sightseeing spots in Da Nang and was extremely lovely to talk to.
