Lien Khuong Airport Reopens After 5-Month Closure
Lien Khuong International Airport, the main aviation gateway to Da Lat city (Lam Dong), will officially resume operations from August 19 after a 5-month suspension for repairs and upgrades. The information was confirmed by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV).
During the closure, flights to Da Lat had to be diverted or suspended, significantly impacting local tourism. The resumption of airport operations is a positive signal for Lam Dong's tourism industry, especially as the peak season at the end of the year approaches.
Travelers from Da Nang and central provinces can check flight schedules and book tickets early to visit Da Lat – one of the most attractive destinations in the Tay Nguyen region. The upgraded Lien Khuong Airport promises to provide safer and more convenient departure and landing experiences.
