Da Nang Enjoy Festival 2026 Grand Opening Night with Spectacular Live Performance

On the evening of July 23, the Da Nang Enjoy Festival 2026 officially opened at East Sea Park, delivering a large-scale live art show themed "Da Nang – A Journey Back to the Roots." The event marked a new milestone in the city's tourism development strategy, aiming to provide authentic and emotionally rich experiences for visitors.

The opening program combined music, dance, and performance art, with a stage inspired by sails heading out to sea – a symbol of Da Nang's trading history and its aspirations to reach far. The audience was guided through a storytelling journey of light, sound, and imagery, recreating the beauty of rivers, fishing villages, rural markets, traditional craft villages, and the modern rhythm of this coastal city. All of this painted a vivid picture of the past, present, and future of the region.

The festival lasts five days (July 22–26) with a host of activities at East Sea Park and nearby beaches. A notable highlight is the local food market open daily from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM, where visitors can enjoy signature dishes of the Quang region in a space recreating rural villages and handicrafts. Additionally, the "Da Nang Beach Experience Route" (July 23–26) featuring installation art, basket boats, fishing nets, and lanterns will transform the coastline into a unique outdoor gallery. Especially, the glowing kite night with about 500 colorful kites lighting up the night sky promises to be a novel check-in spot for tourists.

A first-time activity is the "Beach Night Light Feast" (July 24–26), combining enchanting lights, music, and local cuisine to create a romantic relaxation space by the sea. This is seen as a new nighttime tourism product that Da Nang hopes will become a familiar summer destination. With a spirit of welcoming every visitor as the main character, the Da Nang Enjoy Festival 2026 promises unforgettable experiences from dawn to dusk.
