Da Nang Launches Smart Kiosks and Electronic Document Verification System
On the morning of June 19, the Da Nang People's Committee, in coordination with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank), held a launch ceremony for a pilot model of Smart Kiosks and the system for verifying and issuing digital copies of electronic documents, also known as Digital Public Service Stations. This is an important step in the roadmap to building a smart city and improving the quality of administrative services in the area.
The new system allows residents and tourists to look up information, verify personal documents, and receive digitized copies right at public kiosks without needing to go to traditional counters. The integration with Agribank makes payment and reconciliation more convenient, reducing waiting times. This event also demonstrates the city government's commitment to accelerating digital transformation, aiming for a modern, transparent administration.
For tourists, the Digital Public Service Station will be a useful support point when needing to look up travel information, verify e-tickets, or back up necessary documents during their trip. Da Nang is increasingly affirming its image as a smart, friendly destination for both locals and visitors from afar.
