Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung has signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 5594/UBND-STC, deploying key solutions to accelerate public investment disbursement in 2026. This document concretizes Directive No. 04/CT-UBND issued by the City People's Committee on April 29, 2026, demonstrating the government's determination to use budget funds effectively.

According to the directive, departments, agencies, and localities need to focus on reviewing project lists, accelerating construction progress, and completing payment procedures. Key projects in transportation, urban infrastructure, and social welfare facilities will be prioritized for capital allocation. At the same time, the city requires strengthening the responsibility of leaders in monitoring and resolving difficulties to avoid prolonged disbursement delays.
