The atmosphere, packed entirely with locals, is absolutely insane. Đuông Dừa, which lives in coconut trees, has a soft, fatty texture that’s surprisingly enjoyable, and the fried frog with butter was an experience unlike any other. Of course, the hot pot and skewered pork were great too. Even Larue beer, which looks like a knockoff of Tiger, added to the authentic local vibe. This place stays open all night, drinks are ridiculously cheap, and they only accept cash. Recommended.
Lovely experience. Really tasty food and excellent costumer service. Everything we ate was a nice experience, specially the shellfish. And as a foreigner, and not used to eating "weird" stuff like insects, it's a must.
The senior member of staff was great at explaining the menu clearly, as he was back in April. The food is amazing as is the service! Worth a visit!
