Quán Phở Cồ Bá Hà Nội

Quán đậm chất bắc có rau gia vị đầy đủ. Tôi người Đà Nẵng đã ăn thấy ngon giá hợp lý (35k/tô phở gà, bò). 2 vợ chồng gốc Nam Định tính tình dễ thương. Ngày lễ mình thấy người bắc vào ăn khá đông.

Phần ăn đầy đặn, ngon, rẻ hơn mình nghĩ 🌀 nhom nhom nhom. Ngồi tại chỗ ăn cũng thoáng. Trừ việc quán ở mặt đường sẽ hơi ồn thôi. Ơ quán có mèo :))) giờ mới để ý.

Delicious pho!

I had a really good experience at Quán Phở Cồ Bá Hà Nội yesterday. It’s a little hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop pho restaurant on the side of Lê Văn Hiến Street near the Marble Mountains. Despite being unassuming, this place packs a punch in terms of quality, flavor, and price. For me, it is one of the better pho restaurants in Da Nang city. For only 30,000 VND (~$1.14 USD) you can get a fairly big bowl of pho bo, with a good portion of noodles and beef. The beef is cooked halfway between tender and chewy and isn’t too fatty; the broth is on the clearer side and doesn’t use fish sauce, but it has the right amount of fat, traditional pho seasonings, and the body isn’t too thin. The noodles are near al dente but do have a slight mush to them. They offer a lot of different sauces and toppings, and when you dress the bowl up, it is a very good bowl at the print point. For me it is actually above some of the fancier and more famous spots in Da Nang. This spot is worth trying out! Note: Some past reviewers have given low scores for cleanliness, but I didn’t have any issue, and people seem to forget that this is semi-rural Vietnam. It’s different out here—this ain’t Switzerland 😂—and that’s not a bad thing.

This is my favorite phở bò restaurant in Đà Nẵng. If you are a tourist or foreigner expat - this is the place where you should be at least once! I bet you will come again. For a very reasonable price you will get a bowl of pure brilliance with a big pile of green. You canl find all the classic ingredients on the table: fermented chilli sauce, black beans sauce, lime, fish sauce, and offcoarse fresh chilli for the brave. Fried rice is a very pleasant addition. You should try it too, believe me. I never got disappointed here.

Quán phở Hà Nội chuẩn vị Bắc nhất mình từng ăn ở Đà Nẵng. Nước dùng thơm mùi quế hồi & ngon ngọt. Thịt bò mềm và tươi ngon, tương ớt ngon. Bát phở đầy đặn và giá rẻ. Sẽ quay lại nhiều lần!
