Disgusting DO NOT EAT HERE
I work nearby and have been coming to this restaurant for several years, often with work colleagues. This past several months after returning from the states, I noticed that the quality had gone downhill significantly. Cold food, long waits, not having what I ordered and misunderstanding my order. Most of those things I could overlook for the convenience of eating at a modern and clean nearby resto. Last time there, one of the servers, the only male had been standing in the serving area picking his nose up to his elbow and constantly rubbing his greasy hair. His hygiene was questionable and it was after he delivered my food and served everything by holding the rim of cup or bowl with his filthy hands. Today, he walked into the bathroom ahead of me as I was preparing to leave, waiting 30 minutes for my bill for the food that they forgot to deliver. The kid made some rude noise in the stall and you could tell he was experiencing some problems. I decided to test my hypothesis that this was a filthy resto and waited in the hand washing area until he came out. He did not even hesitate to think about washing his hands but made a beeline for the kitchen and grabbed some plates. I flipped out. I walked over to the owner’s wife/co-owner and told her about my missed lunch but also about the disgusting waiter and she looked at me like I was crazy. Asked to speak with her husband and got the same look! Then I just lost it and went after the kid verbally in the middle of the restaurant. All the customers heard me call him a filthy pig handling food and then lying saying it wasn’t him. I warned the remaining customers to not eat the food he had handled and if he was not half my size, I would have slapped him as he obviously did not care. I hate this place. I will never eat there again. Bad food, horrible service and filthy, disgusting staff with no hygiene rules.
Consistently disappointing, though the male owner is quite nice
Every time I went there at night (It's the only restaurant in this boondocks area of Danang where I live), very simple things I ordered turned out to be not available. Tonight, I ordered the eggs and baguette breakfast on the menu. I pointed to it and also used my English-to-Vietnamese translating site to tell the waitress that I wanted scrambled eggs and a hash brown. And I asked for hot lemon ginger tea. She said she understood it all. Then, a few minutes later, she brought me one cup of cold lemon water WITH ANTS IN IT and one cup of regular tea. Then, a waiter brought me a totally cold omelette and an order of garlic bread!!!! Nothing like what I ordered. I never pointed to garlic bread on the menu. The female owner then arrived at the scene and was standing at my table almost shouting in my ear. She yelled at the servers in a most unprofessional manner, and then did hardly any better herself. It was a terrible situation, and I got upset. She was very abrasive, and could not comprehend my simple request. How difficult is "scrambled eggs and a baguette with a hash brown" when it's on the menu? Incredible. Tonight was the last straw. A deeply frustrating affair.

Nice place, good food and friendly owner. The food is carefully prepared. At the time I was there, I can even book to join a BBQ night party with free drink
Very nice and clean
This restaurant looks quite trendy and very traditional. I came here with some friends for lunch. The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. A lovely and comfortable place.
