Just visited this amazing spot today. Pedro, the owner, was amazing and so nice! The food is exceptional and the atmosphere inside is really relaxed and comfortable. Can't say enough about how fresh and tasty the food and drinks were. We got the Avo smash, yogurt bowl, iced latte with their fresh made cashew milk and their skin glow cold press juice. Absolutely recommend if you are in the area and want some delicious food to fuel you up for the day.

The place is a joke. The fact that most of the people were coworking there and not eating must’ve been a sign. I was waiting for my dish for 40 minutes. And was served a tasteless bowl of Barbie-size zucchini peals with 2 rotten baby tomatoes. Huge disappointment.

This is a place I will remember, especially because of the exceptional service. Everything felt warm and welcoming. Highly recommend trying the Spanish carrot salad and the omelet — both were excellent

The whole town was closed on CNY eve, but we luckily found this Mediterranean restaurant and the food was super nice! 😋 The boss is a chef and he is from Spain, friendly guy.

Used to go here a lot last year as it was one of the few places that had both good food and good coffee. Been a while since my last time, but my most recent visit was a disappointment sadly. The service and vibes are still great, however the hollandaise, which is what I came for, have had the butter replaced with a tasteless substitute (probably margarine) and the coffee was watered down 😢 The pancakes were good, though.

The atmosphere is nice and cosy. However we waited 50 mins to get 2 pieces of toast. It was tasty and the ingredient quality seamed great but it was really pricey for the size. There are plenty of better options in the city.

Good quality but very small portion size. It took around 30-40 minutes to get the yogurt I ordered, when it arrived, I ate it in 10 seconds 😂 For the omelette, the fermented cherry tomatoes were very delicious but the omelette itself and the filling needed salt🧂 I would recommend trying it but I wouldn’t repeat.

If you want the cleanest food, best service, and exceptional menu and atmosphere, this is it. Paleo friendly and every item on the menu is a banger.

The male server staff had a poor attitude—generally unfriendly demeanor; did not bring requested water; and after I paid, he turned his back and did not say goodbye. I suggest management train the staff to have proper manners and courtesy.

Very good food served in a very nice place with very welcoming hosts. Will definitely return! Coffee is delicious btw.

We’ve been travelling through Vietnam for three weeks now, and when it comes to Western food, this is genuinely one of the best places we’ve eaten. I have coeliac disease, which means eating out-especially when there’s a language barrier-can feel stressful and uncertain. But the team at Seed Eats were a solid 10 out of 10. The owner (I assume) told me his wife is also coeliac, and it was clear that looking after us really mattered to them. The food was delicious and so thoughtfully done. I had the avocado on toast with gluten-free seeded bread, and my partner- who isn’t coeliac but has been a long-term “sufferer” of my allergies- had the smokin’ chick on sourdough. We shared chips with homemade mushroom ketchup and had two lattes (mine with cashew milk), all of which were honestly amazing. I rarely write reviews, but the service, the food, and the overall comfort here were an easy 11 out of 10. I need that gluten free bread in the UK!

Great place for breakfast or brunch. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the service was very kind, friendly, and professional at the same time. Prices are a bit higher for Vietnam, but they definitely match the quality and first-class service. Highly recommended — I’m glad I visited this wonderful place.

We came here several times during our stay and absolutely loved it. The dishes are incredibly creative and extremely delicious, with very reasonable prices. The service was outstanding, a special thank-you to Minh for taking such great care of us. The atmosphere and aesthetic are also beautiful and make the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Seedeats was our choice for multiple times - breakfast, lunch and dinner. All of the times we were met with great attentiveness from personnel, stylish atmosphere (love their music playlist), and sophisticated menu, which offers carefully crafted, multi-layered flavours and still considered healthy. What a find! Our all time favourites: *Pancakes... Omg... *Smoked snapper toast *Andalusian carrot salat *Beef brisket *Taiwanese Matcha latte *Sourdough

Excellent service and food for the price. Coming from Australia it was a treat to eat at Seedeats. The food was nutritious, healthy and natural. We visited as often as we could. We asked if they could make slight adjustments of no chip seeds on the Smoothie Bowl because my six year old daughter doesn't like them and there were no issues. The staff speak good English. The Spanish owner Pedro happened to be there and he was so helpful at recommending some other places to go to.

The service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding — simply perfect. Highly recommended!
