About
Riverfront coffee with Dragon Bridge views. Strong Vietnamese iced coffee, bit pricey but you're paying for prime Bach Dang real estate.

Excellent bakery and convenient store
Visited this bakery twice for afternoon coffee. Excellent pastries (same as in the main hotel restaurants) and refreshing drinks
Pretty sure we weren't wanted there
Went to get a drink after the fire breathing dragon show. The staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Not very helpful and seemed like they wanted us out after the first drink. We went to order our second round and they asked if we wanted the check then again when we were done. Nothing really special about it and it explains why it was empty minus a couple other people who left pretty quickly as well. If you're looking, keep walking
average joint
it is located along the Han river and inform of the han river cruise. it serves more for the locals. nothing great about this place except for the location. food and service is average. need to improve. they have a lot of potted plants and the place is cooling.
Worst food, worst service ever ever ever
We went to this place for a little snack, but soon realized that "luxury cafe" is surely just a joke! We ordered french fries and a yoghurt-cup with fresh mango (as shown in the pictures in the menu). After some waiting, we received first the dirtiest french fries, we have ever seen in our lives. The fries wreaked of oil, which had innumerable black dirt particles in it. They were served on a piece of paper, probably for the oil. We could't eat the french fries. Then we received, what should have been the yoghurt-cup. It was a yoghurt-shake at best. They had mixed the yoghurt with ice and mango together. (We ordered beer and juice as well, so a shake would clearly make no sense). We went downstairs only to find the extremely uncooperative staff, which did not understand that we would like to get what we ordered. They said that they are sorry and that they can make another one, but charge double. Or take that shake back, and still charge us for it. After some minutes of arguing, they agreed to change it, free of charge. It only took some more minutes of arguing, to tell the non-english speaking staff and cook that we would like to receive the yoghurt cup, they printed on the menu. Or at least some kind of yoghurt. After more waiting, we received a milkshake-glass filled with weird-tasting yoghurt, mango-pieces and ice-cubes. Yuk! The worst of this lunch was certainly not the bad yoghurt, and not even the disgusting french fries, but the totally unacceptable reaction of the staff.
The name is luxury, but the service is the worst!
Just entered into this bar, which was my mistake! After rain stops, one of the staffs folded a shade. Then some particle fell down on my cocktail. Although I asked a staff to change that to new one, he misunderstood it was my extra order and charged the second cocktail. Even though he fully understand all circumstance, he said just sorry. We had to pay for both. The terrible service I've ever had!
